No one likes to discuss pads when discussing period products. They’re outdated, feel like a diaper, and overall can just feel gross. However sometimes they are necessary, and ultimately it’s down to preference. Some people absolutely love them, some can’t stand them. I’m on the fence- at night, these are needed. I don’t like to use tampons for an extended period of time, so these are a godsend. Simple product, consistent results. I love it.

The wings did not stay in place due to wetness. I experienced no odor. Liked the texture of the product. Discreet. The top and bottom of pad does stay in place. I would still use this product but only for very light days.

I’ve used Always overnight pads for years because of the extra protection and I noticed this newest batch was different right off the bat. I believe they are using less material and they changed the description that used to say “up to 10 hrs protection” to “up to 100% leak free comfort”. So they are not leak proof, and not even close. I can’t wear them for longer than 2-3 hrs without leaking through clothes, my car, and mattress. I’m up now at 5 am trying to save my mattress after lining it with towels to prevent a leak. Defeats the purpose of overnight pads. Really disappointed.

Everything about Always ultra-thin overnight pads is awesome. before trying these, I really wasn't sure what kind of pad I was looking for, but I know now. I have found it! The way the pads are designed, it literally sucks up the liquid and keeps you really dry. The wings are super protection from leakage, and it does its job amazing. The fit is even more amazing, after putting on pad and you get moving or settled, they just adjust to you. I can wear these pads during the day. always can handle it, lol. Overall amazing dryness and protection from leakage. I highly recommend!!

These are the best pads I have found for overnight and for heavy flow days. The cost a little more than other brands, but this is my fav brand. But ladies there are times we need to think of ourselves , our comfort and security more than saving money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion, it’s not surprising that Always has been a leader in feminine care products for decades, because they manufacture well made items like these. These pads are thin enough to be comfortable, long enough and with substantial fold around wing stop to guard against leaks and meet the protection purpose, with absorbent core that keeps a woman dry, and are not visible while flexing with underwear. Upon removal, these retain their shape/form, facilitating a clean change, which is not necessarily the case with a cheaper alternative sold by different manufacturers.

It was easy to attach and didn't shift or move around throughout the night. My only hope is that these feminine product companies will start to move any more natural and chemical-free direction as direction especially considering all of the alternative products on the market today.

They are long enough to give me the protection I need and absorb quickly and hold enough to get me through the night. The wings stay put and keep the pad in place perfectly. They are very thin so I can barely tell I am wearing them. I get the protection I need without feeling bulky. Great pads that work really well for me.
