A nice change from the typical Italian style meatball. More of a Mediterranean recipe. Great tasting alone. Great addition to a keto diet.

A yummy and easy protein to add to a salad, wrap or as an appetizer. These were not dry and came out great after about five minutes in the air fryer.

I did not like the taste. Maybe the quality of chicken used or processed. I threw it away, I could not stomach the taste.

These were so tasty and versatile. I put them in pita sandwiches, alfredo sauce & pasta and marinara sauce & spaghetti.
