Enjoying my new headset

This headset has been amazing. Easy to pair, use, and sound has been perfect for meetings that run all day. Much more comfortable than headsets that are over the ear. Definitely recommend for those who get frustrated with sweaty ears when using over the ear headsets.

Comfortable to wear

Much more comfortable to wear than either in-ear or over-the-ear headphones. Not audiophile quality sound, but I wear them mostly when walking the dog or doing chores around the house and the quality is more than adequate for that. I can clearly hear phone calls as well. People on the other end have complained about wind noise when I’m talking to them outside. It would be nice if it was able to remember multiple Bluetooth connections so you didn’t have to re-pair every time you switched sources.

Great for road biking!

Finally had a chance to bike outdoors and they worked as advertised. Fit comfortably even with a bike helmet and shades on. Sound was great and could still hear traffic and outside noise so I felt safe on the roads. My only disappointment, and it’s a minor one, is I wish the battery life was a little longer. Just need to remember to charge after a long ride.

Pretty much exactly what I wanted!

In terms of sound: these are crystal clear when listening to music. I rarely use the voice mode because I don't know that it changes it much and the music mode actually sounds better to me even for podcasts and such. Obviously they are not going to be super immersive sound but they are well balanced and have a pretty hefty sound considering how they work. Connectivity: works great for my phone! I have a microsoft surface (which has its own issues) and they aren't the best with that. The sound comes out a bit tin-y and the volume is weird to control. Not sure if it's a problem with the surface, Zoom, or the headphones. But it still works for my work from home set up and I love using them for zoom meetings so I can hear what's happening in the house and also walk away from my computer if needed. The multi-point connection hasn't really worked for me but that also may be a problem with my computer. Comfort: I have the mini ones and they fit pretty perfectly. There is still room along the back of the head (sometimes this affects my hair and wearing higher coats but it's not horrible). They do move around a bit if I'm eating or bending over but not enough to fully knock them off or anything. I would suggest starting slow when listening using these. They are weird at first and they give my head a little bit of a buzzy, headache-y feeling if I wear them too long. Charging is quick and easy. The buttons and commands are simple and easy to remember. The microphone is great! My coworkers said it sounds better than any of the other microphones I've used. Answering calls is easy and clear too! I called someone in Costco and we could hear each other just fine. Overall, definitely worth the money!

Possibly the best running headphones I've ever owned

This is my second pair of Shokz (previously AfterShokz) and they sound better, last longer on a charge, and have less bounce than my first pair. I'll have to see how they perform in the rain and how long they last, but for now, these are the best running headphones I've ever owned. They sound good, obviously not as good as in-ear or over the ear headphones, but I'm surprised how good music sounds and how clear audiobooks and podcasts are. The one area for improvement is that Siri controls don't always work in listening mode ("Hey, Siri..."), but a long press of the control button summons my favorite virtual assistant quick enough.

Like the concept BUT....................

The track forward/backward multi-use button is slightly higher than the last model and less ergonomic. It also sticks a little. I also previously sent an email to design to let them know it is literally impossible to perform the "Track Back" Feature aka 3 clicks. 9 Times out of ten what you get is "Redial last number" as I my I-Phone doesn;t do this enough. Lastly Durability - This is my fourth pair, would love a longer lasting more durable product. Would gladly pay more for a better built system that we didn't have to replace literally ever 30 months.

Do not buy the MINI version

I have owned shokz since their first version, and I have been a huge proponent through that time. I recently had my last Aeropex die on me and needed to buy a new set. I purchased the mini since it seemed to address the one con I could offer for the headset, and that is the size of the band. After receiving my new headset I immediately began noticing an issue with jitter and constant dropping of the signal. I worked with the support team to RMA the headset, and then after still having all the same problems I performed all the prescribed solutions of resetting them and pairing them back, but this cannot fix low-quality components. The BLE radio and antenna seem to be an issue. Since then I have gone back to using my wife's older Aeropex pair and they sound soooo good in comparison. They do not drop signals or jitter constantly. DO NOT BUY THE MINIS! I cannot speak for the other version, but the MINIs are a no go. After this I will try other induction brands as Shokz has let me down and it is time to move on.

Great comfort and very secure.

This are very comfortable with good sound and I like that they do not come off too easily. My only criticism is that the hoop sticks out too much and the battery life seemed longer in past models. A little more volume would help in noisy situations too.

Great Product & Great Sound on ALL 3 Sets I have purchased

My first set were AfterShokz. Loved them! However, the set did develop a rattle. So, I decided to purchase another set; this time the OpenRun Pro. EVEN BETTER! I purchased these before I remembered the 2 year warranty. Well, true to their word/warranty, Shokz replaced the AfterShokz as well. I just purchased a third set for my son's birthday this month and chances are, my daughter and son-in-law will get a set each for Christmas. Great buy and great sound! AND it does not fall off my head when running or sweating and is comfortable!

Openrun pro

I love them I only have a couple problems with them. I use them all the time. When i use them for more then an hour I get a headache but it normally goes away after 30 minutes if i don't take them off. And bc of how much I use them it has rubbed the top of my ear raw.
