Great product marred by the choice to make a proprietary charging cable on one end and the outdated usb A on the other end. Now I have to carry an extra cable and charger everywhere I go with them. This is a terrible design choice to an otherwise great product.

It’s a really useful headphone to use on your outdoor run because you can hear your surroundings and your music at the same time. The downside with this is that you can’t immerse yourself in the music but again you can’t have both sides. It’s pretty comfortable, not too tight or too loose that it dangles up and down during your run. Overall I recommend adding this to your workout gear box.

These headphones are GREAT!!! I got suckered into buying a cheaper brand (by fake reviews) and I was so disappointed. They stopped taking a charge after one use. Then I ordered the Shokz. The packaging was a sure sign of the quality I was about to experience. The feel, the sound, the charging system… everything is high end and top quality. I am so happy with my purchase. I’ve used them in pouring rain, high speed cycling, hot weather conditions, every scenario you can think of with excellent results. I replaced a pair of air pods with these and couldn’t be happier! Great battery life. I work in a manufacturing plant it’s loud all day I need to wear ear protection. these allow me to listen to music or audiobook for my 10 hour shift and still finish the day with medium to low battery roughly 6 hours of active listening. These are comfortable to wear all day. I have even forgot that I have them on and was panic searching for them because they were not in the case.

I was pretty disappointed in these. I ordered the minis and they were too big for my ears/head, so I couldn’t hear anything! If they don’t sit in front of your ears just right, you can’t hear the music. My fiancé has a really big head, and they fit him perfectly.

Battery life is not ten hours the only headset I have that even last an extended period time is my treks that older. I really like them but they are a little big. I wear them a lot though. Anyway I have tried a lot of models and sent my reviews with no response. I like aftershokz/ shokz but I'm getting frustrated about the battery life. The newest pair I have the battery only lasted a few hours. I tried a different company with the same ear concept. I dont like them they claim long battery life too. Not true. My suggestion for Shokz is to work on real extended battery life and offering colors for all the models along with the different size choices. Karen M

The only issue i have with these headphones is that i wish there was a way to adjust the length of them. If I am wearing anything that has a collar the back of the device hits the collar and is very annoying. having it snug up against the back of my neck/head would make these a much better experience when wearing coats etc. if your only wearing a tee shirt they are perfect.

I don’t like these as well as my old pair. I wear for cycling under my helmet but there’s not enough volume to hear. There’s a lot of bass which vibrates the contacts off your head, in effect, bouncing them slightly. So when they loose contact with your head there’s no sound transmission

Sound quality is very good. I would have liked for the head set to have some "bend-ability" so that I could more closely fit device to the ear. Controls work well and a single charge lasts several hours. Bone conduction technology eliminates need for in ear fit, so no more "runners ear". Noise cancellation is somewhat effective. This could be improved.

These work great for what I wanted them for. (Listening to audiobooks while at work.) Surprisingly enough they do a great job considering my work area is absurdly loud. My only complaint is that the part that sits on your ear can become a bit uncomfortable with long wear but that's also with me wearing them for 8 hours a day. Overall very happy with the product.
