I read many reviews stating that it would take a full weekend with 2 people putting this playset together. I underwent the daunting task of putting it together by myself. The instructions were perfect and was an excellent step by step guide to constructing this playset. I was able to get it fully installed in just under 14 hours. I highly recommend spending the time on the front end and sort each piece of lumber and nut and bolt. It helped tremendously as you walk through each step.

Although it took a good chunk of time, the instruction videos that came with the playset were so incredibly helpful in the process. We love the fact that all the boards were pre finished and pre drilled for easy assembly as well, and the stained wood makes for a beautiful end product. Our daughter has absolutely Loved her new swing set.

We bought this swing set after my son turned 3. We wanted to buy a set our kids could grow into and use for many years. We researched many swing sets, and decided on the Thunder Ridge set. We liked that it had 2 swings and the and the third was for two kids to use- Little brother will be big enough soon! The space in the fort- both the bottom and "top" floor is a good height so that as my sons grow they will be able to stand and play in it comfortably for a while. The slide has bumps along the way. It really bumps my son quite a bit. I had to teach him how to hold the sides so he wouldn't go so fast over them. The manual was fairly easy to use. The day before setting up, I had everything out of the boxes and in alphabetical and numerical order- each piece was labeled. On set-up day, it made it so much easier to find the pieces we needed as we progressed through the steps. You will need at least one drill, two is better, as well as a small crew to help assemble. Not much arrived pre-assembled as I had expected. It took 2 days for our crew of 5 to put it together. My boys love the swing set and visiting friends have a great time playing on our "playground," too.

Good directions for the most part; some could be a little better...tell which way the holes should be. We predrilled holes that used screws. It took my husband and me 3 days of working about 3 hours and one day from 9 am to 7 pm to get it done. It was worth the work; our son LOVED it!! **BTW-the delivery went great!!

We bought this in spring for my daughter and she loves it! She loves playing on the swings and going down the slide. The best part about this is that it has a little bit of everything. It's perfect for having to stay home during the corona virus and not being able to go to the playground. The slide is FAST and may be a little scary for some kids.

Fairly straightforward to assemble. Go through all parts before hand and organize and verify they are all there. Put it together by myself in 2 weekends. Seems kind of flimsy and thin boards. Some were slightly split. When kids swing high or more than one kid on unit at one time, the whole unit sways and moves (yes, it is anchored properly and tightened and re-tightened all bolts per instructions). Seems kind of cheap but I guess for the price what do you expect. Can't imagine other units by same manufacturer are any better, just more options. Kids love the set though so overall I am pleased. Curious to see how long it lasts. We went ahead and used Thompson's Water Seal on the whole thing right away instead of waiting a year.

This was a gift purchased for our kids. It took my husband and I approximately 12-13 hours to assemble over a 3 day weekend. Working on it in short bursts over a few days, I believe, really helps to prevent making small mistakes than can take a lot of time to undo. We noticed a few steps had small minute details that should have had more attention brought to them so that you have proper placement of certain boards to make sure that drill holes are where they need to be several steps done the line. I can see where people who want to get this thing up in one day could be too fatigued to notice these little nuances in the directions. Overall, it was fairly easy to assemble though. It was terribly hot the weekend we worked on it, so we were actually able to assemble most of the sections in our garage. It definitely saved us from baking in the hot sun! The quality appears to be ok. Some of the boards had small cracks in them. I believe they are more cosmetic in nature. Time will tell how the whole thing will fare in the changing climates we have here in Ohio!

My parents got this playset for my children, they are so excited about it. It seems to be ok quality , except for some minor issues...the roof which was already put together fell apart the first wind we had. Also don't expect average or small children to be able to use the monkey bars, the are extremely tall, my 6ft husband could use them. Overall it is a pretty nice set and my children love it.

We've had this play set for about a couple months now and it couldn't have came at the perfect time! I have a one and two year old and they both can play on it all day everyday if I let them! Older kids in the family also love this set since it ranges for all ages! Though it took a good 24-48 hour to assemble, the instructions made it easy and everything cam packaged in an organized way. This will definitely stay in the family forever!

we bought this with the idea it was going to be hard to assemble and it was probably not made out of sturdy materials.... but it went up fast and its been solid. The kids play on it everyday and absolutely love it. Every now and then some things have to be tightened down again but overall I'm glad we bought it!
