We are very happy with this playset. It is sturdy, well made, the wood is excellent quality. The instructions are clear and well-written. My husband, though it took several days, was able to put it together himself without too much trouble (though he's pretty handy). There were a couple of places where he had to drill new holes but overall everything fit together as intended. My kids love it!

My husband and I bought this for our grandchildren for Christmas 2016. It is everything described online and more. From ordering online to the delivery was easy peasy. My husband, son and son-in-law put the playground together in no more than 8 hours total over a 3 day period. They are all 3 very good with tools/drills, etc....they use them on a daily basis. But every piece of playground kit was shipped. My husband and I checked off and laid out the numbered/lettered boards in an orderly fashion. Organization is key when doing this project and it saves you much time. I highly recommend this product. It gets 5 stars from us and our grandchildren LOVE it!!

Because of reading all the reviews about how difficult the playgym is to assemble, and how pieces seemed to be missing, we were very intentional with our unpacking and counted everything to make sure everything was accounted for...and it was. We are priming and painting the entire set before installation so it will match the house color. Hopefully the grandkids will have many years of enjoyment on the play equipment. We are anxious to be done with the painting and move to the installation stage.

We ordered the swing set on their website, no issues with purchase or delivery. It took my husband 10-12 hours to put it together by himself. I would definitely recommend having a second hand to help. The end result was amazing. It looks great and the kids love it. Once it was finished they spent the whole weekend playing on it. The quality is good, wood can chip and measurements can be off by centimeters. It is not a deal breaker but I notice everything. In the end we love it.

It took us several days to get the entire thing put together but my kids love it. The only down fall is my daughter is to short right now for the monkey bars so she can't play on them without help. Directions were very specific and easy to read just took time to get it done.

Customer service was extremely helpful and easy when our package arrived missing a couple of pieces. The instructions were clear and easy to follow when assembling. The only complaint I may have was a couple of the pieces were less than stellar, such as the door handle, and the slide was not as easy to assemble - but my four year old LOVES it!!! Overall satisfied for the price.

I was pretty happy with the playset. It is very tall! The instructions were nice and detailed. The only problem we had was the main platform came not sanded down well and peeling up quite a bit so we will have to sand it down and restain it. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

My 4 year old and 2 year old love it! The slide is bumpy and fast so that took them getting use to and learning to slow themselves down. It took 3 men in construction about 6 hours to put together. There were a lot of pieces that could have been pre-assembled.

Plan to take 2-3 days off to build this. Best advice I received from the reviews was to go through each box and organize by alphabet. Always look ahead a page because some of the steps on the next page are actually easier to do prior because they involve the same piece on the page before. One problem was the lack of markings and pre-drilled holes. They were missing so make sure you have drill bits to make holes so the wood doesn't split.

I bought this about four months ago, had it professionally installed the door fell off two to days later, the door was replaced and it fell off again. Though it comes with a warranty I am not happy with this play set.
