Hard to believe that the person making these would leave the hardest part the skin on it, After cutting of the hard it was really good

This pineapple is so juicy and delicious and so much easier than cutting up a whole pineapple. I highly recommend it.

Still love the pineapple, but this flat packaging -- new for 2025 -- is absolutely dreadful. The pineapple juice sloshes over the low edge of the container, the containers aren't exactly sealed tightly, and the bottoms of the containers become sticky. The containers stick to each other, make your hands sticky, leave a sticky ring on the shelf in your refrigerator. When you close the package, pineapple juice splatters on you, and anything else that happens to be on the counter, in the vicinity (i.e. the "splash zone"). Del Monte: BRING BACK THE FORMER PACKAGING. The deep dish with a lid. Just stop "fixing" things that aren't broken. Stop downgrading stuff so you can save a penny on new and DIS-improved, cheap, and poorly-performing packaging. Sam's Club: We know the clout you weild can literally make or break a company, and you dictate quite a lot to anybody involved with you. Please start exerting these tactics on Del Monte regarding this matter. Between all the downsizing, shrinkflation, and inferior package changes, it's really unfortunate to be a consumer in this country. (But, hey, as long as the CEOs are content.)
