Del Monte Fresh Cut Pineapple Spears 2.5 lbs.

Unripe and mostly the hard, fibrous core of the pineapple. The new packaging is awful. It was simultaneously leaking AND impenetrable. Go back to the old pineapple!

Edible, I guess

It was dry. Absolutely no flavor. I threw it away.

Terrible

Great pineapple, nice and fresh. Wish it would come in slightly smaller size container.  It is just my wife and I, both senior citizen.  I don't like throwing food away, nevertheless we generally eat the slices until they're gone.  I am concerned about the sugary sweetness content being pre-diabetic.
