This charmin ultra strong does the work of what five sheet of ordinary toilet paper would do with just one! I would recommend this as an everyday addition to anyone's bathroom.

I swapped a roll out in my bedroom bathroom and did not tell my wife. She actually noticed and asked me where the new toilet paper came from. I quickly realized how much the new toilet paper and hid a few rolls for my future use. My teenager actually stole the roll out of my bathroom after they realized how soft and strong the Charmin was. As a family, we are hooked on the new Charmin.

I think this version is pretty good as well, definitely holds up and helps you feel clean. It could be a little softer, thus the 4 star rating. All in all though, I love Charmin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have always been a charmin lover, I was excited to try this new product. I ended up using it for several things not just its usual usage. I own an 11 year old dog with allergies. She happens to sneeze a lot. Well several times I ended up using Charmin to clean up her nose and the floor. I can safely say this; Charmin Ultra Strong is as strong as paper towel but soft enough to be toilet paper.

My favorite part about Charmin is that the tissue is so soft you can use it in stead of nose tissue. This is a great thing for a house with three kids as they always have runny noses.

I had tried plush ultra ply, had some bad experience with single ply and haven't really seen the middle. Charmin Ultra strong combines the best of both worlds in that it's strong, without breaking the bank or having to raze half of the amazon to make a roll. I was very satisfied with the durability and the level of comfort was adequate. I won't say it's the softest in the world but it is sturdy enough to be used as paper towel. Seriously, you can use it for both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin is not a bad TP, but the individual squares are not as wide as my normal brand, Kleenex Cottonelle. Charmin isn't as soft either. My bum needs to be pampered, and the Charmin just doesn't cut it. It's definitely better than store brand TP. The squares do tear nicely though.

Anyone having an idea of what issues I may be having with my back surgery recovery...perhaps can imagine how a good strong, soft tissue can be a small, yet amazing thing to have in the house! I really appreciate the timing for the free sample package bzzagent.com sent to me. It is a good solid tissue. Strong is an apt description for it. I am used to using sturdy cleaning company brand. But compared this is lovely. Not as much irritation as before with repeated use. I got this package right after having back surgery. Between the meds I am on and change in diet, my bathroom health and comfort are in a high focus area of my life right now. Not "poking" through with awkward reaches and angles, not rubbing me raw with repeated wipes. I am sold with Charmin Ultra Strong. I will keep using it, I most certainly will recommend it when I have the occasion, or can make it. My only small concern is with thicker sturdier tissue and small children. Fortunately my toddlers are still in diapers and only one of the other kids is under 10. But in the future...will it be more prone to blockage or is it made to disintegrate better to compensate? Something I'll have to look into.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this and just couldn't get used to it. It was certainly durable and felt thick. I didn't like the wideness it felt like it was smaller as far as wideness goes and it was no where near as soft as normal TP. I will stick with my normal TP. Also I did not like the fact it was 2ply. Although it says it is safe, I prefer a 1 ply TP to make sure there are no sewer problems.
