It took some getting used to not grabbing so much TP as I normally would. Charmin ultra strong really is strong and very absorbent. Super soft on the skin. I like how it doesn't fall apart when wet. The layers really make a difference making this a quality TP that I completely recommend to everyone!

However, Charmin Ultra Strong is a cut above any other bathroom tissue that I have used in recent memory. It is not the “softest” tissue I have used but I’m not looking for fluffy—I’m looking for effective, and that’s exactly what this product is. With the Duraclean texture and thickness of each sheet, I found that I truly could get the job done with less than other brands (without sacrificing comfort). The best part of all is that Charmin Ultra Strong doesn’t leave anything behind like many of the other products I have used in the past. No more buying “whatever is on sale” in this household—it’s Charmin Ultra Strong from now on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. It is nice and thick and you definitely use less than with our usual Northern. The texture is soft and smooth. It doesn't fall apart, but it doesn't seem like the roll has as much on it as my normal toilet paper. Even though I use less, the rolls seem to go faster. My real concern has just been about how safe it is for my septic system. So far, so good.

I bought this because of the promises not to leave lint, and the label “Ultra Strong”. Well, it leaves lint all over, so I am pretty disappointed. Obviously designed by someone who only uses it to wipe their butt. It was also the most expensive brand. I was willing to pay the extra if it had delivered, but it didn’t.

Good quality tissue that is sensitive on your sensitive parts. I am an average sized guy with an average build and Charmin Ultra Strong can handle anything I can throw at it. I often use it as a kleenex substitute when i run out. Durable and Dependable, what else could you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'll try to put this gently. This is definitely a good strong paper towel product and I feel most men would be okay with it for 'regular' use. However, my wife who needs to use it more regularly as a woman, hated it. I would assume if I was fighting a bug and needed to use more often, it would not be ideal then either. So depending on your needs and use, I could see using this product, but unfortunately my wife has stated strongly that it will not be put in any of the bathrooms she uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When most guys sit on "the throne" they usually think about three types of paper, the newspaper they're going to read, the toilet paper when they're done and the paper towel after washing their hands. On certain occasions the newspaper ends up being used for all three but I won't get into that here. When I tried the Charmin Ultra Strong, it certainly was strong as well as soft. It held up well and didn't break apart when put to task. My son even mentioned that it was as strong or stronger than some paper towels but not as rough. I also noticed less "paper dust" than other brands of toilet paper we've used. Charmin Ultra Strong is at the top of the list for our toilet paper. We'll just have to remember to keep it stocked in the bathroom along with the reading material.

I tend to be thrifty but my wife and kids have made it clear that there is nothing better than being comfortable in the bathroom. With Charmin, you get that and much more. With Charmin you know that you are using a quality product, a toilet paper that is strong, that is affordable, that won't clog up your toilet, and that you won't have to use half the roll to know that you are good to go. "So when you gotta go, don't squeeze the Charmin," just use what you need and be happy.

I used less of this than my usual brand because it was much more absorbent. The kids even commented on how soft the new toilet paper was. I will be switching to Charmin. It will save me money because I will use much less!
