The size of the paper isn't much bigger than register tape. As a long time customer of CHARMIN i will not buy this product ever again. Your ad say's use less, but by cutting the width by 3/4 of an inch, you should correct your ad telling the potential buyer they will have to use more. not only was it much narrower, it cost more. I ma very disappointed with what you have done. I will no longer buy any of your products

It is also so soft it feels amazing to use. If I didn't know better I would think that this toliet paper was also extra soft. Would not use any other type. When my sister came over she was pleasantly surprised on how soft and strong the toliet paper was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite. I find it soft as well. It doesn't fall apart or shred. This is the closest to the original Charmin which has always been my toilet paper of choice. The cost is more due to the quality.

I have been buying this for years. Only tp I purchase. But I just bought some and I am not sure what you have done since COVID but this tp is horrible. It is so rough my poor little Hiney is hurting. Guess next time I will shop around instead of just buying what I have for years since you wanted to change your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the commercials say you only need one piece and you're good to go, I totally disagree. First off, if I were to use only one piece, it'd fall apart mid-wipe, which required doubling up. This is not very thick paper and I've had better (way better). Its paper thin like you might find at a school or office. If you're on a budget, this is the best paper for you, otherwise look elsewhere.

Recently we have noticed that the cardboard roll supporting the tissue is too short to hang on the built in wall dispensers at our office. The rolls now measure less than 4 inches and need to be 4 1-2 inches so they do not fall off. I realize this is to make more money but it is unacceptable when the tissue falls to the floor. Buying other brands going forward is what we will have to do.

The toilet paper is pretty thick though so it does not last as long, but you do not need as much. This is much more comfortable and durable than the competition and I would purchase this brand from the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra is a premium toilet paper. It is very gentle when cleaning and yet strong enough to not tear. It is very absorbent and cleans up the dirtiest situations. It is one of the best toilet paper I have ever used!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Charmin Ultra Strong for a week now, and I would say that overall it is a good strong toilet paper. The sheets are very easy to tear apart, and you don't go through an entire roll as fast as other brands. Although it is a strong toilet paper, I still feel like Cottonelle toilet paper is much softer, and having the aloe in the toilet paper creates much more comfort. I usually use Cottonelle toilet paper, and will likely continue to after I have finished using the Charmin Ultra Strong. Overall, I rate this toilet paper a 7/10.

My husband and I both had issues with this being too rough on our bottoms. I normally buy the Ultra Soft and when I had my husband pick up toilet paper he bought the wrong one. Needless to say he won't make that mistake again. We are back to the Ultra Soft once again.
