We can assure you that our Ultra Soft goes through strict quality checks to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition, and we'll be sure to share your comments with our team. The last change we made to our Ultra Soft was in February 2022, when we introduced a new emboss and innovated by using a new softening chemistry.
