We apologize for any confusion, Jenalola. Our smooth tear or wavy perforation style is currently only available in Charmin Ultra Soft at this time. We'll be sure to let our team know you'd like to see this style of perforation in our other versions like the Charmin Ultra Strong that you had purchased. We make sure all our TP goes through strict quality checks before rolling out, and we're sorry to hear that your pack was missed. In October 2024, we did make some upgrades to Ultra Strong to improve cleaning performance and perception through cloth-like look and feel, as well as a new multi-directional cleaning. These changes helped increase strength, flushability, and more fibers for a softer and more absorbent toilet paper.
