I was pretty disgusted to see that Charmin has succumbed to the practice of decreasing size in order to produce the product at a lower cost. This latest pack of ultra strong toilet paper is a good 1/4 inch narrower than our last batch. This is ridiculous. I started buying Charmin, despite the cost, precisely because it appeared to be the last toilet paper company that made a good product and didn't skimp. I'm willing to pay more; I just don't want a compromised product. Please; have the courage of your conviction. Advertise a top quality product and charge (fairly) what you need to charge. Believe me, you'll find people who don't mind spending the money for a good product. Now that I find that you, too, have started the nickel and dime process, I'll have to find a better product that's willing to charge for a top notch commodity. Charmin, I'm so disappointed.

If I like a product, price will not totally impact my shopping habits. IF I liked Charmin Ultra Strong, I would continue to buy it but I love my store brands TP. Charming Ultra Strong doesn't tear apart so that feature is great - very durable so you won't gasp that a mishap has occurred but I truly do not like the texture. For that reason I cannot recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are all about getting a deal in our household. So, Charmin hasn't usually been our go-to. Typically, you will find a generic 2-ply toilet paper in our bathroom. However, there have been times where we would "splurge" and decide to go with Charmin. So, when I was asked to try this product for free and write a review about it, I jumped at the chance. I put one roll of my generic 2-ply on the roll, and one roll of Charmin on the back of my toilet. I then began my experimenting. I would alternate using the two rolls so that I could get a good idea of which one I liked better. Well, the truth is in the name. The Charmin Ultra Strong was in fact plenty stronger than my generic 2-ply. It also lasted longer than the 2-ply roll. It was thicker, and would absorb much more. While these are all positive traits of the Charmin, the only con I found was that it was not quite AS soft as my 2-ply toilet paper, but was soft enough. If I were to go to the store today to buy more toilet paper, I believe that I would be persuaded to purchase the Charmin.

No one wants to wipe and have the TP break and your hands are now in something you dont want them to be. Gross, but, the truth. Charmin Ultra strong is just that - strong. I dont have to worry about it breaking. It holds up. It gets the job done. I appreciate it. No mishaps with Charmin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Positive. I did not tell my Wife that we were using a new Toilet Paper. After a few days she asked if this was the old paper? I told her NO, I had some new paper. She said ,I like this stuff it seems better. I told her it should be stronger and she should be able to use less paper. Although she likes the paper, she did not like the idea of using less paper.

This is also an excellent product it you happen to run out of tissues during the cold and flu season. It is not that expensive either, compared to the cheapest store brand. I am not sure what else to say about it, it is toilet paper after all. If you buy this you will not be dissapointed. Will definately buy in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how this toilet paper does not pull apart easily when using it and it does leave pieces behind. I do however feel it is little more rough than I like - I need a bit more softness. On the plus side, it does not seem to expand as much when wet and cause plugged up toilets! It does the job for me but I can not say that it is my favorite.

I love how it is 4X stronger. It does get the job done and leaves you feeling completely clean. I would absolutely recommend if your looking for a strong TP that will keep you cleaned and not leave your skin feeling rough and irritated.

I would by this product. i would love it to be a little cheaper. But it is a good product. So for a good product. I will spend a little extra. Everyone should try it.
