[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my rolls and busted open the package. I am a fan of Charmin and had very high expectations for this product. I will first point out the good things about these rolls. First as expected from Charmin it was vastly superior to cheap rolls. My family is able to use less making it last longer as well as helping save money. My fiancee' particularly loved these rolls. She raved about how strong it was and was nice to use because it didn't tear too easily and was very good for small messes as arise from having kids and dogs in the house. The only down side that I personally have to report is that it is very stiff and not as soft as other rolls of Charmin I'd purchased in the past. I found it a bit like having paper towels in a smaller scale. That being said it still was more comfortable than single ply cheap brand toilet paper and wiped very effectively. Our household will probably by more of this product in the near future.

If you're looking for something that is thick and covers a lot, this is the product for you. It's soft and you don't feel like your fingers will tear through and have something undesirable happen... :) great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking for tp, I am usually looking for something a bit softer/fluffier than the Charmin Ultra Strong that I just tried. I like the fact that it is advertised as "ultra strong", which implies that it will not tear, or tear as easily. However, it is a bit rough on my backside. I've used the paper several times and it has not torn. I won't say anything as cliched as "it feels like I'm wiping with sandpaper or a pine cone" but, isn't it possible to make it soft yet strong and still not have much lint?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper is a great product that severely limits how much toilet paper you have to use. Most papers in the store literally shred apart and are of no use to me. This stuff, however, was much different. The toilet paper was strong enough to stay together and also soft enough to where it it an enjoyable product. I would, and do, recommend this toilet paper to my friends and family.

Charmin is really soft and feels great against your skin it does not scratch like others. The paper is very absorbent and picks up liquid quite well. i tried this product that was sent to me by Charmin and i am satisfied with their product and glad that i tried it out.

Why would you change a good thing?Like other reviewer’s I noticed the change in the quality of your toilet paper at some point during the pandemic. I also read your response to another reviewer and you said the only thing you changed was the embossing on the Ultra Strong rolls. I’m sorry but I have to call phooey on that. Changing the embossing does not change the texture from wonderful to the quality of a generic. Whatever you did I suggest you change it back, or you will lose many customers who expect the quality they have come to expect. Thank you

We've been purchasing Charmin for many, many years now, but this last purchase beats the band. We bought (2# 12 pack double rolls #24 total) and every single roll looks like it was cut with a very dull chainsaw. What happened to your Q.C.? There are shards of paper everywhere, especially where you don't want shards of paper. Totally dissappointed. I felt store return would not be fair, because this is definately not the store's fault. It makes the way to the bathroom an relaxing one and not a difficult matter. In my opinion, I would reccomend this product to anyine that asks me if toilet paper.
