I have been buying Charmin products exclusively for my family for 30+ years. Over the last year I have become more and more disappointed with the quality, most specifically, the softness of your toilet paper. I have tried a variety of what you advertise as soft, ultra soft, softer, stronger, whatever, but over all, I just notice the product is losing quality. I most recently bought the big bundle pack of Ultra Strong at a major warehouse store and it feels like I'm using paper towels, Very disappointed. Might need to make a switch to another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean, it's definitely good TP. Thick. Absorbent. Soft. But I'm a little bit at a loss for words because...it's TP. Like, how great can wiping your butt feel? Is it objectively better than cheap, single ply, public restroom toilet paper? Sure is. But is it like 5x better? Or 10x? Or like $5 better? Um...I don't know. It's nice toilet paper, but for me this has been and always will be a pretty cost-conscious product. I would absolutely buy it if the price was right because it's high quality, and I absolutely wouldn't buy it if the price was wrong because it's...toilet paper. Until it makes my nether parts smell like roses, edifies me while I'm on the throne, and maybe rotates my tires and vacuums up after my dog, it'll still be paper. High quality, but not a revelation.

I have used in the past but cheaper brands have had my attention for a while now. Thanks for the sample and I will possibly be switching back to Charmin because of this campaign.

Well, it shows that you at least love yourself. While I probably won't buy the strong product anymore, due to my delicate derriere, I will most certainly remain a Charmin loyal customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying out the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper as a BzzAgent. I've used the same toilet paper forever, so this was a bit of a change. Definitely the Charmin product is better - thicker, stronger, so no need to use as much. If the price was the same, I would definitely switch. But I'm not sure if the higher quality is enough to justify the cost. After all, it is literally flushed away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Charmin Ultra Strong Tissue, I didn't see a big difference from the normal tissue paper that I normally use. The roll is really small and it seems to get used up twice as fast. The fact that the strength is 4 times greater doesn't necessarily mean you use less tissue paper. I don't see it as an upgrade to the brand that I currently use and when I saw the price difference I probably won't be switching. I think that is the feeling among most people today in the economy. We just don't see the benefit from spending more money on consumable items because we use them up too quickly. We usually opt for cheaper / less quality/ high quantity items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I recommend Charmin to EVERYONE. I prefer Charmin ultrastrong over Charmin soft because it really holds up with every wipe. My biggest pet peeve is wiping after using the bathroom and having little pieces of toilet paper stick on me instead of staying together. Charmin Ultrastrong stays together. Charmin Ultrastrong is also quite soft, so it won't leave you sore after wiping repeatedly.

We are very happy with the size of the roll, the softness of the tissue and the strength of the tissue. We are now loyal users of this tissue and we will not be going back to our old brand. We will be stocking up with Charmin...This tissue by far is one of the best out there and we highly recommend it!!

Having soft toilet paper to wipe our tushes and strong enough to do the job right the first time. We are definitely a Charmin Loving family. We have made believers when visiting homes and buying our toilet paper and leaving the rest for them to keep, they called and said we used your toilet paper, its fantastic and lasts us so much longer before having to change rolls.
