[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no doubt that the quality of the toilet paper is fantastic, as it is exceptionally soft. By comparison, Scott brand (in particular) is very abrasive and while I'm sure Scott brand is environmentally friendly, it feels as if you're using tree bark on sensitive areas. Charmin definitely excels when it comes to comfort, though. The only concern I have is that it feels stronger than other toilet paper, leaving me to ponder whether it will have a tendency to clog the pipes because it takes longer to breakdown in the water. Thus far, we haven't noticed any issues in that regard, but it is something we are monitoring to see if the strength of the toilet paper is a downfall when it comes to the pipes. However, barring any unforeseen clogging of the toilet, the product itself is wonderful. I don't know how it compares in cost to other brands but my recollection is that Charmin tends to go on sale frequently in the grocery store so that any difference in price can be easily addressed if it is purchased when on sale or using a coupon. All in all, though, I would certainly recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Utra Strong TP lives up to the name. I now fully understand why the bears are so jolly after using it. So I got 4 sample rolls from Charmin and decided to switch immediately. Even though we've been using a certain brand for a while, a new TP would be a fresh change. The TP itself doesn't feel as soft as some other brands out there but surprisingly, when used it doesn't feel scratchy or uncomfortable. I like the fact that the TP is strong enough which is good because less sheets are used. I also checked with other comparable brands and it's in line with the pricing with other brands. In my opinion, you'll get more bang for your buck because you'll end up using less TP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried them all and this is the only TP I use that does NOT leave behind TP and it is much more sensitive than most stronger brand TP. I won't buy anything else. Mega rolls rock, now I rarely have to change out roll instead of every other day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the best TP, My house is using less sheets/rolls because this paper is stronger and doesn’t fall apart when using, yet soft where you need it. Another reason I like this TP is its better for our septic system using less paper. I will always recommend Charmin.

1st ... I am a Charmin consumer as no other will so in my house. So what a surprise when I opened this package. The texture (Dura Clean Texture ...as the packaging reads) is harsh. Will have to find the softer version for my guests. And then I noticed the roll is considerably narrower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember the old TV commercials ("Please don't squeeze the Charmin") and to be frank, I never really cared for that product. But the Charmin Ultra Strong is very different. First of all, it really is very strong. Secondly, it doesn't seem as "fluffy" as the old Charmin and that was what I really didn't like about the older product. I am happy with this new version. I am not really sure yet, if it goes further and lasts longer, but I think it does. I will need to try it longer to have an aopinion about that.

I immediately noticed that it was much stronger than what I was used to so I naturally started using fewer sheets. I'm sure that using fewer sheets will also lead to fewer messy clogs. It seems as soft as my regular brand and using less is better for the environment and my budget. That makes it a smart buy and green choice.

When I finish a roll of toilet paper i can't always remember which type it was. When i like it i want to buy more of the same but i'm not always sure which one i just finished . Please put a label on the inside of the cardboard roll. It would sure be nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I was beyond shocked when I started to use this after running out of scott 1000 sheet rolls, which isn't even close to soft or strong. These are really soft and smooth and just 3 sheets can hold up to most of the toughest jobs if you know what I mean. I think you cannot expect any better than that to say the least.
