I just picked up twenty rolls of the New-Improved Charmin Ultra Strong. Yah the roll is a quarter inch narrower… again. It works, but I would be willing to pay more to have it back. I have twenty rolls of this stuff but I will be take a ruler with me when I start shopping for a replacement brand next week.

The immediate reaction when holding the package of Charmin Ultra is the urge to squeeze it! Remember..."Don't squeeze the Charmin"? You can tell this is tough stuff. The first pull on the cloth like roll is also making you realize there is not going to be a need for an excessive amount. Cons, after years of using bargain brand it was difficult to gauge the appropriate amount of Ultra to be using, in some cases this was wasteful. In closing, the product quality exceeded expectations. I always look for more "green friendly products" like a tubeless toilet paper.

My first impression of this Charmin Ultra Strong was "wow, it sure is thick". My wife and I both felt that the rolls wouldn't last as long due to the thickness and there being less length on the roll. I was surprised to see how long the roll actually lasted. We are on roll #1 still; the jury is out as to what my final impression is it but so far so good.

I am impressed with the texture and absorbancy of this toilet paper as well. As a cheap consumer I just might splurge a bit on my bath tissue from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the opportunity to try out a roll of Charming Toilet Paper and overall I can say that I'm fairly impressed. The toilet paper is very tough and absorbent. Most impressive of all is that it doesn't flake apart while in use like some other lower quality brands. My only gripe is that perhaps it is a little too tough and needs a bit more plush to make it softer. Despite this gripe, my family and I loved this toilet paper and we would love to purchase more in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the package, I thought: this is just a plain ol' ordinary roll of toilet paper. Little did I know how durable this "strong" type is! I love that it lasts a loooooooooong time. Of course, it got the "normal" use, but my wife used it often as tissues while battling a nasty sinus infection. She was extremely impressed by the durability of them as tissues. My wife is a couponer, but she's pretty sold on keeping with this particular brand & type now.

I love the product as it doesn't not disintegrate when I am wiping. It is soft. Many times I can use only 1 sheet therefore saving a lot of money. I love that you are proud enough to put your name on the tissue. I look every time I to see whether it is on the tissue I am using. I find it on average every 3rd sheet.

I didn't know what to expect with Charmin because to me toilet paper is toilet paper. In order to see if we could really tell we put Charmin in one bathroom and our store brand in the other bathroom to see if we could tell the difference. I have to say after the last week we can totally see the difference. The Charmin Ultra Strong is exactly what its name says it is, strong. I don't think I remember once the paper ripping and I was likely using half the amount I would use with the store brand. In addition, to being strong it was also soft. I didn't notice a big difference between the softness of the two but the store brand was the "soft" kind and the Charmin Ultra Strong felt the same. I also noticed that the Charmin roll lasted longer so just looking at the price in store may be wrong because the Charmin lasts longer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Charmin Ultra Strong after doing a week "side by side" comparison to the store brand.

I've been using Charmin Ultra Strong Mega Rolls for about 5 yrs now and have always loved it but seem to have had an experience tonight I've never encountered with any toilet paper I've ever bought. There was a live bug trapped inside the toilet paper! It definitely gave me a fright because it wasn't a tiny bug. Hopefully this was just a one time occurance. Yikes!

This had to be sure to the comfort and joy associated with the new paper. No, not the newspaper, but the soft strong toilet paper that has entered that domain. I have not worried apt softness in the past, but now, I need the best! And this is it.
