I want to report that after using it for a month, i willnever go back to plex (double washer with the top washer and front loading washer) or any other model. Our frequent laundry customers - our children and our 2 dogs- are super happy with the quick was. The short 19 min wash does amazing job and makes it so much easier on my very busy days! I can also select the regular wash for things than dont need a short wash. Works very well! Many other settings including steaming and other options as on all other washing machines. Love this washer!

Failing at the 1yr mark, bearing on the drum is going out with a loud shriek on the spin cycle, tech came out to look it over and said it was a bearing going out, called it in and they told him no parts to repair, gonna have to replace the washer, going on three weeks and still waiting on my replacement washer.

Other options are new to me, so I have not tried them yet, specially steam options. I already have Samsung gas dryer and bought a new washer to replace old model.
