Not to mention, they look great! We've had this for about two months and absolutely love it so far. Huge capacity, great features and easy to use. We love the we can control it with Smart Things on our Samsung fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung washer for our new home during the Thanksgiving. It's so cool. I personally love the look and feel of my ivory washer. It gives the clothes a nice wash and makes them clean..highly recommend it.

Main board defective after 18 months and Samsung decided to discontinue to sell the replacement part …. But yet they still sell the machine. Better buy all the additional warranty you can get from them because they sure don’t want you to get it fixed and sell you a new one. Or better yet, buy a different brand.

My son bought these for me to replace my MayTags that I loved. (never mind why) So sorry that their STUPID AI (programmererror?)can't answer a simple question for me. Maybe not the AI's fault as the question isn't even programmed into to ask. My question? what size dryer vent is required for instillation? Simple question simple answer. But NOT FROM SAMSUNG.

It is huge and fits a lot of clothes, is energy and water efficient and leaves everything very clean and almost dry. Love my new washer and dryer from Samsung. Extremely happy and impressed.

We bought this last March. After 13 months the washer quit. Now we have clothes stuck inside and the door is locked. Have the same similar issue with their dishwasher. It quit working. Imagine the frustration when it only has a one year warranty. We also have Samsung microwave, stove and fridge. Done with Samsung

I️ love the setting to start remotely because I️ don’t always know what time I’ll be home so delaying it doesn’t always work; but when I️ am out I️ can assess what time I’ll be home and start it remotely. I️ like the large drum because I️ do A LOT of laundry. Like 4-5 loads a day. It sings a cute little tune when it is finished but if you don’t like that you can turn it off. I️ like the little cleaning door at the bottom on the left.
