Avoid samsung washer and dryer. These have been the biggest headaches we have ever had. Bought them brand new a couple years ago. And a year after owning them (of course after the warranty) everything begins to fail. First the dryer sensors and fuses blow, have to repair that almost every month. Now that the dryer is working. The washer is now out of service... I wish we kept the old LGs ones that came with the house... save yourself the hassle and headache, no matter what sale is going on, DON'T DO IT!

This has been an extremely disappointing shipping experience. It has been over a month, plus additional days, and I still have not received the washer and dryer. The discount provided does not compensate for the ongoing inconvenience, especially when I am forced to pay out of pocket to use a laundromat while waiting. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration.
