[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a couple months ago and it washes great but now I’m noticing that when it starts to spin it is pushing washer door slightly open and it’s making it open and shut so I get scared thinking washer is moving but when I go in there it’s just the door making noise. My clothes is also starting to smell but not sure if it’s my well water or just soap build up. I’ve used the Clean Washer button twice now though. I like everything else about it.

My son is a welder and his work clothes are super dirty with grit and grime. This washer cleans them so much better than the last. I haven’t used the steam function yet. Great features for all types of loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning, but initially the touch sensitive power button has been accidentally pressed a few times, too sensitive, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to save the preset settings we use most. Only the factory loaded presets. It can kind of be a pain to adjust all of the details for every load . Will update when some time has passed

It can even handle a king size down alternative comforter. The steam sanatize is perfect for pet owners who knows what it's like when you have a sick pet. So worth the upgrade!

WORST washing machine on the market. 2 significant problems right after delivery. I have scheduled service with Samsung and they have cancelled on the day of service 4 times. I am considering taking a loss and replacing these machines after only 3 months of use. Bad product and bad service equal bad combination.

Bought in March maybe April with extended protection plan in 2022 October 2024 machine has had a total failure in dampeners/platform been waiting over a week for repair/replacement. I've had more inexpensive makes/models last for 10 + years without a single problem door will leak at times from small vent hole in bottom. Great features quiet operation. But not quality or value very disappointed.
