[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast and good. Cool features and much sleeker than our previous washer. Despite containing the same amount it's less bulkier. The wifi features remain the same as our last samsung. The capacity is enough for a large family. The efficiency is nice. Very quick. Haven't used a steam cycle yet. AI seems like a gimmick.

suspension rods door lock assembly, and error code DC comes on all the time. Haven’t had the washer for two years. Call samsung before the warranty was up. They may be troubleshoot. It works when he wants to and they refused to fix it now the warranty is gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is awesome the speed of it is super considering the larg capacity I get laundry dun so much faster, I haven't out the steam option yet but I am sure that with the other features its going to be wonderful as well im messing with the connectivity of it, I haven't seen much difference on how efficient it is yet but I will know in a few months how it turns out.

It’s easily connects to my phone and I can start or stop cycles wherever. The large capacity washer is very efficient. I recently steam cleaned a while load that came out amazing. I absolutely love my washer!

The machine is quiet so I can let it work at night before I go to bed. I can adjust every program and define if I want more cycles if I wanna steam or if I want quick wash, the technology is awesome and I will recommend it to anybody who would like to buy a washing machine.

The extra-large capacity is a huge plus — I can fit my whole bedding set in it, and it easily handles a full basket of clothes without feeling overloaded. The steam sanitize feature works great and gives me extra peace of mind, especially for towels, bedding, and work clothes. It runs smooth, cleans well, and has made laundry a lot easier. So far, I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I finish all of my laundry in half of the time then before. The time management of the washer is amazing and efficient. I have my phone connected and it is amazing it tells me where in the cycle it is and also when it is done. The clothes comes out clean in no time.
