What a difference in how bright and how fresh the laundry comes out, especially when using the steam cycles. I have many pets and reptiles so I use the steam sanitize very frequently. The wifi and smart controls are a game changer. I just wish you didn't have to push smart control for each time, but I guess you have to load the laundry anyway. I would recommend also getting the pedestal if you are tall or have back issues. We didn't at first, but ended up getting them after. All in all it is a great washer and we love it!

It is great to be able to set the “recipe” for what you're washing using the phone app and sending it to the machine. We have it connected to our Alexa devices so we are alerted when the cycle finishes. Love love love it!

The super speed setting is awesome especially if your daughter really wants to wear her disney princess outfit she just got nasty. Full load in 28 minutes and they come out very dry. Its nice to look at its a shame mines in the basement. I'm still learning the smartthings feature. I definitely recommend its also very quiet compared to my last washer and dryer I had. I have not used the steam feature yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connectivity on the washer is great doesn't ever Disconnect from Wi-Fi and always sends my smart devices alerts when the clothes are ready The capacity is amazing if it's usually all of my clothes, and I have generally big load aside from separating for colors and whites and because of the space, it allows all of the clothes to be washed efficiently and I don't have to worry about anything being tumbled in another or not enough space for them to swish around after every wash I always notice my clothes are clean after the first go around and the steaming features a plus I don't use as often, but it definitely comes in handy sometimes when I have to steam some dress clothes while I'm in the shower, getting ready for work

I like that you can link the washer and dryer to your phone with smart things especially since my set is in my basement I no longer have to run up and down my stairs to check if it's done. You can also download your own cycle style and I love that as well. The washer is very deep so it makes catching up on laundry a breeze I can fit almost 2 full baskets in the washer at a time.

I absolutely LOVE everything, every cycle, every feature of my beautiful new Samsung washer. My previous Samsung front load washer finally bit the dust and I made a horrible mistake and bought a top load with removable agitator and hated that washer so bad I gave it away. It was very noisy, constantly off balance and couldn't handle the loads I was used to tossing in my previous Samsung and didnt think twice. But my new Samsung is so quiet, even on high spin. There is no vibration, clothes are damp not wet so they dry fast. It holds huge loads, comforters, rugs, no problem. The Quick Wash is just that , quick but clothes come out clean. The steam cycle is wonderful for removing stains without harsh chemicals that are bad for fabrics as well as the environment. I could not be happier and I learned a valuable lesson (not to mention costly). My front load Samsung dryer is old but still works but as soon as it gives out I will be purchasing the matching dryer.
