It has worked great the entire time and has been very reliable. The capacity is one of my favorite features since it easily handles large loads like comforters and towels, which saves me a lot of time. The connectivity is very convenient—I have it connected to my Alexa, and it announces when the cycle is done, which is super helpful when I'm busy around the house. It's also very efficient, using less water while still getting clothes clean. The speed is solid overall, especially with the strong spin cycle that helps clothes dry faster. It does include a steam feature, but I personally don't use that setting. Overall, this washer has been dependable, efficient, and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I'd enjoy a front load washer but this one just I can do my blankets in there I can do all my kids clothes and one load it's so huge it hooks up to my Samsung app and let me know when it's done come out looking great and even has like a 19 minute wash when I need stuff done super quick and the steam option is great for them stains and it never shakes like my old washes used to do to being overloaded!

I use to hate washing clothes because of one load taking hours but this machine legit cuts time in half I love that I can connect it to my phone it frees me up to take care of other house duties like catching up on my t.v series lol and not to mention I can actually wash a full load thanks to the size I love it

Clothes come out with the fabric softer than they was as mentioned above no vibration when in spin mode. Stains all come out nicely with little to no effort fast wash speed takes no time. And the capacity is huge which is very handy!

The only problem is it doesn't fully drain, so an alarm and code go off and I have to open the bottom, pull out a tube, and then drain it into a bucket so it will run again. Same if it senses too many suds. Then I have to start all over again. It's a real time waster.

It can also hold a king size blanket which is great! I have loved the color as well and enjoy that it can stack to take up less room in the laundry room.

I also love that it's fast, the quick wash is only 20 minutes and everything else is less time than my old washer machine. So far clothes come out spotless without using a stain remover. Its very good ringing out the water so my use of dryer is less as sell. I see the difference on my utility bills.
