Chose these products mainly for the quality, but also for the capacity ( especially for comforters). There are new technologies that have been incorporated, and are still in the “Discover and Master” stage. The functionality is just perfect for our needs. The steam option we rarely use, but is good to have. Overall, the performance is above expectation.

Avoid samsung washer and dryer. These have been the biggest headaches we have ever had. Bought them brand new a couple years ago. And a year after owning them (of course after the warranty) everything begins to fail. First the dryer sensors and fuses blow, have to repair that almost every month. Now that the dryer is working, the washer is now out of service... drain pump failed. I wish we kept the old LGs ones that came with the house... save yourself the hassle and headache, no matter what sale is going on, DON'T DO IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very good washing machine has lots of features , One of my particular favorites is The steam feature, and is very quiet uses very little water. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi part. It works one out of 25 times if I'm lucky. They say to unplug it and plug it back up that's not possible seeing how it sits on the pedestal and you can't reach it to unplug it or plug it up.

I purchased this appliance two months ago. It has been excellent. I am able to manage laundry in my household of 7 easily thanks to its great performance, efficiency in cleaning, and capacity handling. I keep track using the Smart Things app which tells me the status of the cycle and when the cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 12yr old Samsung washing machine still works like a champ so I decided to stick to Samsung for my new washer and it's a big upgrade going from 3.7 cu ft. to 5.0 cu ft. Now I can get twice as much laundry in half the time and the anti vibration technology is a massive improvement. Now my house doesn't feel like the walls are going to collapse when I put in a heavy load of towels. The display has a nice design as well, but I do wish it had actual buttons instead of touch sensitive.

Great washer, very quiet, takes bog loads and very customizable cycles. I recommend. Also qualifies for ontario home appliance rebate for its most efficient rating. Make sure to check for damage when delivered especially back side as its hidden after installation
