[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this really cool barista coffee machine about a month and a half ago and have used it every day since. Every time my mom comes over she has to make herself a cup of coffee in this thing so I know what I will be buying her for Christmas this year lol. With this thing, being a four in one design, there are so many choices to choose from which makes this a unique coffee machine in my eyes.

We got this right after Christmas 2024. We are coffee drinkers, love the espresso feature! We make a lot of coffee, brews a really good cup of regular coffee. The frother works great, make sure you keep it really clean, it will get clogged and cause issues with the frothing. Can make a great iced coffee too, I have all sorts of flavored capsules, no longer go out and purchase expensive coffee drinks! Buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was a HIT after Thanksgiving dinner. I set up a coffee bar and everyone was able to make what they wanted and not be confined to a basic cup of coffee. We used every feature on this machine and had a good time trying it out. Clean up was good and the timing was fair between each person and the crowd enjoyed coffee and dessert hour.

Just unboxed today and was excited to use it. Wow...kinda of confusing to have an On/Off button that doesn't actually turn it off? Really Cuisinart, the instructions keep say plug/unplug your machine. That cannot be the only way to turn it off??? Looking at reviews...NOW I see I'm not the only one. Likely returning this one.

Bought the machine in DEC 2024 and it has worked well enough up until now. The Nespresso part of the machine fails to provide coffee. Standard Nespresso capsule installed but the machine will not exert sufficient amount of pressure to puncture the capsule.

I bought this coffee pot as a Christmas present less than a year ago, and I have had two coffee pots under the warranty malfunction on me. This coffee and theory was the perfect solution for my family member. The coffee pot side works fine like a standard coffee pot, however, the Nespresso side and Keurig side have had repeated issues. Luckily, I got the warranty, but even with me receiving an additional coffee pot the Nespresso side was unable to last more than about three months each. I used namebrand Nespresso pods, did the proper maintenance and cleaning, and maybe made one coffee a day on the Nespresso side of this coffee, pot, and both times, the espresso side would build up with pressure, stop, brewing, midway, and would create a huge mess. For the coffee pot to be this expensive, I expected it to last at least a year, not to mention needing two replacements within less than a year. If the issue would’ve only happened with my first coffee pot, it could’ve just been a manufacture issue, but for it to happen on both coffee pots, it leads me to question the quality. I hope they are able to work on their coffee pot, and not everyone has it experience, but I am very disappointed and regret this purchase.

Our machine is about a month old and frequently brews pods that are just water. I've checked for clogs and cleaned the machine, but the pods still just brew water. There is also a lot of steam build up around the pod and espresso capsule so the machine drips a lot.

I only have to have one item on my counter top to take care of everyone's wants. Now that the kids are older they like having a hot beverage on the cold mornings also. This allows us to make the fancy drinks at home and no sitting in long lines waiting. Being able to tweak the drinks to our own taste is a win win.

Every day is a different experience since this machine allows me to make a pot or single cup of coffee, lattes, cappuccino, and my favorite, espresso. I have a small kitchen with little counter space so the fact that I can have a 4 in 1 coffee center is perfect. It is attractive and produces sensational coffee.
