Love this machine. Takes a bit to get the hang of because of all of the features. Makes great tasting coffee.

I absolutely loved it for the first few weeks. It's a coffee lovers dream. But if has started leaking from the bottom and we can no longer use it.

Our machine is about a month old and frequently brews pods that are just water. I've checked for clogs and cleaned the machine, but the pods still just brew water. There is also a lot of steam build up around the pod and espresso capsule so the machine drips a lot.

This coffee maker has caused me a lot of problems in the past few months since purchasing it. There are a handful of design elements that make this problematic. The water reservoir for single serve frequently leaks and caused caused damage to my cabinets and floor. I have tried to identify how this is happening. My only assumption at this point is a poorly designed gasket. The Nespresso pod side tends to fail at puncturing the pods which results in a lot of pressure build up in the system causing the release vale to nearly lock up. It is no small feat to get it opened again when this happens. I have tested this with a variety of brands and find it punctures them maybe half of the time. Don't fall victim to machines that have more than one purpose...

Great machine--but, as the support rep told me after we spent an hour trying to replicate the manual's procedure for descaling, the manual is wrong. She said Cuisinart knew about this and shared with me how one REALLY is supposed to go about descaling. Would have been a whole lot better if the manual were correct or if a note explaining why it's incorrect had been placed on the web site.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was a HIT after Thanksgiving dinner. I set up a coffee bar and everyone was able to make what they wanted and not be confined to a basic cup of coffee. We used every feature on this machine and had a good time trying it out. Clean up was good and the timing was fair between each person and the crowd enjoyed coffee and dessert hour.
