So loud

This coffee maker sounds like an airplane taking off. Never have I had a coffee maker so loud you can hear it upstairs. And I’m not grinding beans, I’m using a pod. The option to do a pot, a pod or nespresso is great, but it’s just so loud.

Very noisy, brand new

It makes a Lot of noise when I used the pod option for the very first time. My old cuisinart nor any other coffeemaker I have ever owned were nowhere near this noisy. I have found nothing online to explain why it is so loud when making coffee.

Disappointed

I have had this coffee maker for just shy of a year and within the last month or two we get more cups of water than coffee when making single cups. I have tried cleaning it numerous times and we still get cups of hot water. Very disappointing.

Second Day - Single Serve Functions QUIT Working

I wanted to love this. Received as a Mother's Day gift. Faulty design of on/off knob. Does not switch between full pot carafe (left side) and single serve functions (right side). Second day, single serve side totally QUIT working. Could rotate the knob to see the functions, but when I pressed the knob, the power would not come on. Wanted to exchange for an exact replacement. Have loved my other Cuisinart coffee makers. Have used them for years. This model needed more thorough testing before bringing to market.

Works great sometimes

I love this thing all the different options is great but lately if I go to brew a pot of coffee at 3:30am when I have to leave for work sometimes it doesn’t go through with the process. It beeps like it’s ready but only brewed 3 ounces not the 12 I put in there the night before. It’s annoying to have to keep hitting brew so early in the morning to get a full pot.

Sub-par

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I want to love it. But it's so expensive and just average. The coffee doesn't get hot enough. And I feel the same for thr frother. The wand arm is also is a very awkward position so it's really hard to access. I've reached out to cs but they just said the wand is in the position it should be and that there's no temp control for the wand frother

Great in theory

I bought this coffee pot as a Christmas present less than a year ago, and I have had two coffee pots under the warranty malfunction on me. This coffee and theory was the perfect solution for my family member. The coffee pot side works fine like a standard coffee pot, however, the Nespresso side and Keurig side have had repeated issues. Luckily, I got the warranty, but even with me receiving an additional coffee pot the Nespresso side was unable to last more than about three months each. I used namebrand Nespresso pods, did the proper maintenance and cleaning, and maybe made one coffee a day on the Nespresso side of this coffee, pot, and both times, the espresso side would build up with pressure, stop, brewing, midway, and would create a huge mess. For the coffee pot to be this expensive, I expected it to last at least a year, not to mention needing two replacements within less than a year. If the issue would’ve only happened with my first coffee pot, it could’ve just been a manufacture issue, but for it to happen on both coffee pots, it leads me to question the quality. I hope they are able to work on their coffee pot, and not everyone has it experience, but I am very disappointed and regret this purchase.

Not all features function correctly

Bought the machine in DEC 2024 and it has worked well enough up until now. The Nespresso part of the machine fails to provide coffee. Standard Nespresso capsule installed but the machine will not exert sufficient amount of pressure to puncture the capsule.

On/Off...nope. Just ON

Just unboxed today and was excited to use it. Wow...kinda of confusing to have an On/Off button that doesn't actually turn it off? Really Cuisinart, the instructions keep say plug/unplug your machine. That cannot be the only way to turn it off??? Looking at reviews...NOW I see I'm not the only one. Likely returning this one.

Love the versatility!

We got this right after Christmas 2024. We are coffee drinkers, love the espresso feature! We make a lot of coffee, brews a really good cup of regular coffee. The frother works great, make sure you keep it really clean, it will get clogged and cause issues with the frothing. Can make a great iced coffee too, I have all sorts of flavored capsules, no longer go out and purchase expensive coffee drinks! Buy it!
