Great coffee maker! Can't wait to use it for Latte's and Expressos! Super easy to use and having a 72oz. reservoir is fantastic!

Drip maker stopped working after one pot. Mood side works great, as does steam and hot water feature.

Everything works day one. I wouldn’t recommend it for hot water for tea, but coffee options all meet expectations.

Beautiful machine but unfortunately single serve latch got stuck on two machines ! Had to return twice : /
