We love having the choice of making a large pot of coffee or making a cup at time from a pod. This pot makes expresso too. It's easy to use and coffee comes out great and hot!

This model offers the best of all worlds! Nespresso, Kuerig, and traditional brew! The milk frother is the icing on the cake! Hot water for tea? No problem!

Worked well out of the box after reading instructions. The on / off is a little confusing at first causing panic but with a little practice it was all figured out.

I really wanted to like this and save the space on my counter. However, I could never get the K-cup to brew appropriately. Felt very watery. I had to get a replacement for the first machine because the water temperature was too low.
