The coffee pot and espresso portion of this machine work perfectly! The K-Cup portion overflows or doesn't pour right every single time. I have to open it and close the chamber 2-3 times, rotating the K-cup each time, making sure it's properly punctured every single time. If I do not take these extra 2-3 steps, I get a cup of hot semi tinted water, and ruin the K-Cup. If this is how it is suppose to be, then I will change my review. It seems I should be able to drop the K-Cup, close the chamber (1 time), press brew, and be done.

Compared to similar coffee makers it's overall a good product. Pros - Compact design, multi-function, decent quality Cons - 1. Steam tube does not allow you to get your cup under it unless half empty. 2. Pod sizes are inaccurate (2 oz. heavy). 3. Limited to 1 (small) espresso capsules. 4.Top fill make under-cabinet placement awkward as with most. 5. A little overpriced

Great machine! Tired of paying high prices for coffee at all the shops, wanted to make them at home but disappointed in my Kuerig, this was highly rated so I took a chance! So happy I did! I brew a bold pot to keep in fridge for iced coffee and can make a regular cup, or a fancy latte now too! Definitely an all in one machine! The learning curve was easy as long as you read the manual!

This coffee machine has all the bells and whistles you could need: drip for any size, K cup, espresso and hot water / frother. Unfortunately, it performs all of those tasks below average. The coffee is not very good from this machine and the espresso is weak, with a poor crema. It is not worth the price. To add to it, there a couple poor executions. The frother doesn’t lift high enough for you to use a real glass, so you would have to dump the water or milk on the counter to get it out. And the water reservoir for the drip coffee is designed to poor from the carafe as if you were standing behind the machine, which of course you will never be. So from the front, expect to twist and turn your hand into weird angles, spill all over and still not be able to get the last 2 ounces of water out of the carafe and into the reservoir. In theory, this machine is wonderful. It’s just cheaply made and poorly executed. I returned it and found a machine I absolutely love that is much cheaper.

We have had Cuisinart Coffee Makers for the past 20 years and love the simplicity of the design, ease of use, and the fact that our Cuisinart Coffee makers have always brewed a hot great tasting cup of coffee. Recently our 16 year old coffee maker and our 10 year old Nespresso Pixie were starting to leak. I wanted to replace the coffee maker with an updated version of our programmable 10 cup maker however the thought that we could have one appliance on the counter instead of two was appealing. The steam frothing function would be a bonus. Our new Cuisinart brews a great tasting hot cup of coffee. The Espresso function is good, not quite as hot as the Nespresso Machine but ok. We are trying to resolve the espresso issue by running the espresso function without a pod first to prepare/heat up the machine before making espresso. We have been using the machine for about two weeks and I think we will keep it, again I like having one appliance rather than two on the counter.

I bought it on Black Friday, but only just unboxed it. Took me several HOURS to get it working. At least 20 times, I got the E0 error. Brewing in the pot, no problem. The pump for the pods and espresso features would not prime/draw water from the reservoir. Extremely frustrating. So, I tried getting the steam wand/hot water dispenser working, Those worked right away. After a few more attempts, FINALLY the pods and espresso features started dispensing water. Extremely displeased with the initial set-up.

Looks nice…..sounds like a lion is brewing your coffee. After using an espresso pod, I switched to kcup to brew a cup. Every first 2 times I press brew only brown tinted water comes through. So I have to sacrifice a kcup pod every time I brew. Not too happy for how much this machine costs.

I really love this Coffeemaker - it truly does everything. I love how I was able to get rid of 3 different machines and now I only have to worry about one. I have so much more space! The k-cups taste way better in this machine than my Keurig coffeemaker - it's wild! I love the Nespresso pods for lattes - it's so much better than messing around with ground espresso and packing it, etc. This has been a lifesaver!

All in all it’s a great coffee maker. Filling the main water tank is a bit of a challenge without making a bit of a mess, I’ve resorted to using a funnel. The steamer is neat, but I’ve yet to froth/steam the milk without making a huge mess— and it just turns out as hot milk.

I love this coffee maker! I love having the options for brewed coffee in the pot, pods or espresso. I can set a timer and my pot of coffee is ready when I wake up. You can select different cup sizes for your pods or espresso. The coffee is perfect and piping hot each time.
