The ease of switching between the carafe and kpods Is pretty easy what I don’t like about it is the water tank for using the carafe is located behind the coffee maker you constantly have to keep moving the coffee maker forward to fill the tank. The water tank for the kpod is on the side which is okay. As far as the frother for the milk it would be nice if it was a little shorter to accommodate your cup. Check the dimensions of the coffee maker to make sure it will fit under a your kitchen cabinet some people have had problems with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best machines (so far) on the market. It takes K cups without fuss, Nespresso pods and ground coffee. It heats up fast too. Water tank a bit of a pain to fill as it is shallow - front to back - so if you have it on your kitchen counter under an overhead cabinet, you have to pull the machine out to fill, or remove the tank to bring to the sink. My wife would like a 12 oz option on the k-cups, but does OK with two presses on the 6 oz setting

I've only had this machine since 6/16/24, but it has worked flawlessly so far. I can't really comment on the quality of espresso it produces as I haven't really been an espresso drinker. My wife who frequents Starbucks does say that the drinks I've produced for her have been good. The other functions have done just fine. As far as the machine itself, it works well and seems to have a good build quality. All the functions seem to work, but there is a small learning curve to this machine. My main complaint with the machine is the milk frother as it's not very convenient. The steam tube is completely vertical and too long to get a milk filled container underneath without tipping allowing the milk/foam to spill out. It does swing out from the machine, but is still too close to easily froth the milk. It's just not designed for easy use. Other than that, all is fine with this machine and I have enjoyed the versatility allowing for fresh brewed coffee into the carafe, k-cup, or espresso drinks.

I have had this machine for about a month and have used all of the brewing options. I am really enjoying this coffee maker. I had a similar model but it did not have the Nespresso pod option or the steam handle to froth milk or dispense hot water. I love that I can make a K cup, Nespresso shot, Latte or a pot of coffee. I use all the options and I love it!

Bought this new coffee maker to replace our old standard coffee maker and Keurig machine however we have the bonus of it making espresso and being able to froth milk as well! It is very easy to use and a doesn't take up any more counter space than having two other machines. When I saw other reviews of how some people were complaining about the water filling tank being in the back I couldn't understand how that was such a big deal. I appt that it holds more water than my standard Keurig did, I felt like I was always having to refill but with this machine it's capacity is much larger.

After working my morning with 3 different appliances to make coffee I an now enjoying a multi use coffee machine that uncluttered my kitchen counter. Espresso, a regular cup of joe, or a pot is now easy and satisfying. Each function works smoothly and fast. My mornings are now stress free and fun.

Excellent value--does everything I need--espresso, cappuccino, K-cups, nespresso cups, regular coffee, foamer. My only complaints are that the top opens at such an angle that it is difficult to fill with water, and I wish it would keep the coffee just slightly hotter. Other than that, the family is pleased with this.

But I also wanted to be able to make lattes. This is perfect. It was a nice bonus to be able to use espresso pods and capsules. It is a very unique machine that offers so many options. I am very happy with my purchase.

I received the 4-IN-1 as a Christmas gift. I’ve had time to use all the features and I’m very happy with this coffee maker. I tested the water temps and the features while I was cleaning it to use. The water comes out hot and the warming plate keeps the carafe hot.

We have enjoyed it except when using the k cup. After it brews coffee we noticed water leaking and coffee grounds in the cup. We called and they made us cut the cord on the back of the machine before they sent us a new one. Hoping this new one won’t do that.
