This is a great machine and has so many features in one! I wanted the coffee maker and espresso combo, the steamer was a nice addition and the k-cup option a bonus surprise upon opening. A couple things to keep in mind: 1) the machine is tall so measure your space if it will go under cabinets as the top compartments may not fully open and you’ll need adequate room for steam to vent safely and 2) the espresso feature is quite loud compared to the device it replaced, a silicone mat helps muffle the sound.

I bought this 4 N 1 machine when my regular coffee maker died. I drink coffee at home everyday and decided to splurge on this! It makes great coffee in a pot, pod, espresso! The streaming wand design should be adjusted for ease of use, but I just pull the whole machine to the edge of the counter. Love the product.

We're really enjoying our 4-in-1 machine overall. It has some minor design flaws, likely in part due to how compact it is. It's really hard to fill coffee machine part of it without spilling some water out. I also wish I had realized it's a 12-cup carafe, because I miss my old 14-cup! We're enjoying the nespresso feature, although I wish Cuisinart sold refillable k-cups and nespresso cups to cut down on waste.

I’ve had this machine for about a month and I really like it! I had a keurig for years and finally wanted to go back to ground coffee. I make coffee in the morning and my husband makes himself a Kcup. I have not heard the milk frother yet or the espresso pod. Overall great purchase so far!

I love the flexibility of using grounds/kcups & capsules. However, the machine is slow to brew with Kcups and capsules. Frother takes some time to get ready. Espresso comes out not too hot and weak. Even when I use 11 intensity capsules. Still experimenting with this, but so far I do miss my Keurig smart maker!

Everything works great, but… the coffee is too hot. I’d prefer to not have to wait fifteen minutes to drink the coffee I poured into a cup. The Keurig pod options are too strong at even the largest pour, and I like strong coffee, so you have to add more water or cream, which I don’t care for. The height of the steam wand can make it difficult to use the hot water feature. There is no apparent “off” button for the coffee pot. Maybe I’m missing something, but I read the instructions and have watched several videos.

Excellent coffee maker in all forms: drip, pod, and nespresso. Easy to use. Quality cups of coffee if you're using good ingredients. Mine needed several cycles of water running through the pod areas to eliminate an initial plastic flavor. I think that when it's new and the water sits in either the tank or the heating area, it develops an off flavor. This went away with time. For a while, I needed to run the first cup of just water to clear it and the next cup was good. It works well the first time now.

When my Keurig stopped working, I wanted to try something new. I have always loved Cuisinart coffee makers ( I use a standard cuisinart drip pot at my second home) and loved the idea of being able to have the option of cappuccino, espresso, drip and single serve all in one location. This coffee station is a breeze! I have used all of its functions and am very happy with its ease of use! The coffee tastes great also. So glad I ordered this product!

So far, I love it......haven't tried the steam yet, just finally got some Nespresso pods. My only wish is that there was more clearance to open the top while under cabinets. I have to pull it out to put pods in or pour water and coffee in. But so far, it's working great!

I'm on my fourth 4N1 coffee maker within one year of purchase. Coffee brewing clean system didn't work properly and excessive water accumulation where k-cups are inserted. Additionally, the brew quantities for the k-cups was inaccurate. Cuisinart was very responsive when I called and they immediately shipped a new machine (for each problem occurrence). The last replacement was an upgraded model.
