I receive my new Barista for Christmas from my husband and had to return it for a new one because the espresso door would not open with 2nd use but Crate & Barrel replaced for us and my new one works great.

Great so far regular coffee is excellent k-pods simple to use a little learning curve on all the dials. Milk frother is great. Haven't done espresso yet.

It is a little louder than expected, also there isn't enough room to put a travel mug under the pod side. The height of the machine isn't tall enough for a frother cup that won't overflow as it's frothing. I had to buy a riser just for that purpose.

I'm on my fourth 4N1 coffee maker within one year of purchase. Coffee brewing clean system didn't work properly and excessive water accumulation where k-cups are inserted. Additionally, the brew quantities for the k-cups was inaccurate. Cuisinart was very responsive when I called and they immediately shipped a new machine (for each problem occurrence). The last replacement was an upgraded model.

This is much better than the kuerig and can use the pods too and also the nespresso pods just make sure you get the right ones as there are 2 types. It takes the oroginal pods. Really like the steamed milk feature. Use it every morning with the timer and coffee ready by the time I get in the kitchen.

We recommend it and would buy one again. We are happy with it. There are a few things that are a little annoying. Two water reservoirs is probably the biggest issue. On the counter, it’s a little difficult to get to the removable one for the single use and steamer. To fill the main reservoir I use the carafe, and not all the water comes out of it. Otherwise maybe use a cup. It kind of awkward. The steamer nozzle is a pain to clean. We read about the drips after it’s done. The fix there is to swing it over the drip tray. You are limited on the size of cup to use the frother/steamer so if you want to use a large cup, no joy. I’d recommend reading the instructions very well. It’s not as intuitive as I would like. The warmer feature stays on. Just push the on/off button again to switch it off. It’s a great item if you’ve got two people with very different coffee choices. Each can do their own thing in a relatively short time.

This coffee maker offers all the options you need for brewing coffee and lattes. The only flaw in this model is the water pump on the K-Cup side (right side) is really loud compared to other models and brands. I thought it was a defect so I returned it for a replacement. The replacement unit was equally as loud when pumping water and brewing pods. It vibrates against the side plastic casing of the unit during the enite brew process. Very poor engineering. Otherwise, its a good unit.

Coffee, is my liquid comfort in the early morning when no one else is stirring, it’s a conversation starter with friends and family, caffeinated or not it’s calming and this machine brings all the “ love” coffee offers right into my home for any occasion, every mood or situation.From a pot of deliciously brewed coffee, espresso or single cup topped with steamed milk or an iced coffee, it delivers with perfection. Happy “coffee” wife, happy life all day, every day!

This coffee maker is perfect!! It has a regular coffee pot feature, with options for single cup, espresso or added steam for lattes. I feel like a barista in my own home with little effort! I have never had a coffee maker I love this much. Bravo! It’s a huge hit in my house.. and looks great too!

I love my coffee machine. I have always wanted one of these, and this one is amazing. Super easy to use. So many different options. I love that I can do all kinds of different things and can switch it up whenever I want. The froth machine is my favorite part and makes my morning coffee's taste and feel a little fancier than just a regular cup of joe.
