Simply put, the unit is not at all intuitive to use, even after carefully reading the instructions. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't, performing the same steps. Do yourself a favor and purchase a different model, or a different brand!

I purchased a food saver several years ago but last year it would not vacation some of the bags. I buy bulk meat and I wish it would vacuum all the bags.

When it works, it works ok. The problem is it doesn't work often very easily. It's very hard to get the bag in the channel and hold it there while you press on the bar. It's a horrible design that has led to a lot of frustration in my family.

Cutting lst cut for bag saves time and bag but....2nd cut for seal wasted just as much bag as other models. Do not like fully automatic. Returned to dealer.

We purchased this model after a bit of research this month and so far, we love it. It has all the features we need, from large items to the handheld attachments. Perfect system to help us waste less food.

This has been a true food saver, I used to throw so much away and couldn’t stand to eat things after they had been in my freezer due to freezer burn. I’ve been able to save so much money and lots of great food.

I purchased this food saver and until today loved the machine. I was sealing hamburger rolls and the plastic part that compresses the air out broke on one side, I have only had the machine for about 2 years. This is not a part that can be replaced.

We purchased this machine almost a month ago and have found it very useful. We have used it to freeze chicken, taco meat, and ice cube to make a specific size ice pack.

Works great but you need a supply a shelf for the vacuum and sealing feature as the bags have nothing to lay flat on where the older models you had the bag laying flat on the counter.

I bought this machine to vacuum seal meats and vegetables I love how easy it is to use .......easy bag making, easy vacuuming I love how you just press the sides and it’s done I also loved the extras that came with it....Thank you.
