This is our second unit. They work for about a year and then they quit vacuuming and sealing. I've watched the You Tube videos and done the maintenance with no success.

This is my second one and has lot more features than my first one. I even vacuum seal my neighbor's food. Never had freezer burn on anything I have sealed and I have left them over a year. Could not live without it

I purchased this food saver and until today loved the machine. I was sealing hamburger rolls and the plastic part that compresses the air out broke on one side, I have only had the machine for about 2 years. This is not a part that can be replaced.

This is my third food saver and each one was better than the previous. I just love the versatility it gives me with saving food. This new model saves me more by cutting down on bag waste. I would highly recommend.

I bought the FM5460 in 2018 and it has worked like a champ. I use it several times a week. One of the cables finally broke. I contacted the company and since the part isn't available they are sending a new FM5460. Now that is customer service.

Had an older model, worked like a champ. the new FM5460 takes longer bag length to seal and then does not hold its seal. Not worth it. Wish I had my old one back.

I got mine last year really like my old one better They should have put the rolls up higher and the part that seals on the bottomed like the loder models do When it comes time foe a new one going back to old style

I have used several other systems before and I love the attachments setup that is fully retractable. sits under the cabinets doesnt take up a lot of counter space.
