Hi, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you love our Bounty Paper Towels. Your positive experience means a lot to us!

Hi Peter, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re sorry to hear you’re a bit disappointed with your recent Bounty Prints Select‑A‑Size purchase. Many longtime users have mentioned noticing changes in thickness, absorbency, or overall performance, so your feeling that it’s “not as good as before” is completely understandable. Your note that Sam’s brand now feels almost equal is important feedback — especially coming from someone who’s clearly used Bounty long enough to notice differences over time. We appreciate you taking the time to call this out. If you’d like to share more details, our Bounty team is always available at 1‑800‑926‑8689.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear your Bounty Prints Select‑A‑Size doesn’t feel as absorbent as the white version and that the print orientation isn’t working the way you expected.
