You may have made changes for absorbency and other features, but you missed the mark if you've adversely impacted other things which are important to customers. Please take it back to the drawing board and address the texture and quality while retaining or improving the absorbency. Also, during the pandemic, the prints disappeared. I get it. Prints are back, but they are lame. There used to be much nicer prints, including seasonal designs, flowers, etc. The prints were a happy bonus when I had to clean up a mess. The prints now are disappointing.

This product change is terrible. They smell. They are more useless than the brown flat public school sand paper that was passed off as paper towels. I have always used bounty until today. I am literally setting these things on fire and switching to Viva today. I will be searching for a new quality product not made by Procter & Gamble.

The sheets are thinner and weaker and they tear easily across the sheet instead of breaking along the perforated edges as the older product. The last pack I bought were WAY thinner and less absorbent than usual. There was a clear difference in quality than I am used to with Bounty. I am about to buy another big package and see if it was a one off thing, but it looks like it unfortunately was not a one time thing. Y'all better figure it out and get it fixed or I can imagine you will lose alot of business. I can pay far less for HEB brand and get the same quality.

With the Select-a-Size we do not have the waste with a whole paper towel. We use this product for everything. Cleaning windows in our vehicles to dinner napkins. They are not rough, they are strong and many times we have had spills and were thankful to have the Bounty close at hand.
