I like that the product comes in a paperboard box with an easy open hole to take out the bags and this box can be recycled/compostable as well as the bags. The bags are green color which reminds me are friendly with the planet and the plastic feels very soft, like it will be ripped easily, but I can say after use the bags that the quality is pretty good compared with the standard bag, the grip seal is also easy to open and close and maintain the sandwich covered and fresh. In general I liked the product and I would buy it again. I recommend it for the people which is interested in save the planet, and more conscious with the environment

im so excited to use these as part of my toddlers lunch at school. I've been trying to limit our single use plastic usage this year; however, rely on ziploc for some of the snacks we send. These compostable ziploc bags allow for us to do better for the environment without giving up the compromise of the quality they offered before. I very much recommend this product.

I love the new compostable ziploc bags. Same great size and leak-proof locking as the plastic version, but can be composted when disposed of. Easy way to reduce the amount of single use plastic products I use without sacrificing the convenience of individual sandwich bags.

The product is definitely a right step for the environment, but I find the Ziploc biodegradable bags to be a bit inferior compared to their non-biodegradable counterparts. The price was a bit high, and I didn't like the fact that the bag itself was not clear, but translucent, obscuring the contents within. Overall, if you're adamant about protecting the environment, this product is for you. Otherwise, you may be better off with other products.

I'm impressed with the compostable bags! They have a lighter and thinner feel, but are fairly durable. I was concerned with the thickness at first, but I put chips in them and they didn't puncture. I also put water in it, and thus far is water tight. They don't have any funky odors, which I've heard (but never experienced) some compostable materials may have. It honestly seems like a comparable product to conventional petroleum based plastics. It's a shame that they are only compostable in industrial compost facilities, but at the least they can be diverted from the landfill. I'm glad that companies are making an effort to saving the planet.

I use a ziploc sandwich bag a few times a week for my lunch and I'm wanting to start minimize my use of plastics. Ziploc Compostable Sandwich Bags are a must buy. They work just the same as Ziploc bags except they are compostable. I would definitely buy these again. They also have information on the box regarding what happens after I use my Ziploc Compostable bags.

I like that the product says compostable all over the front side as my kids, who will use these in their lunches, will easily be able to follow through with proper disposal when they are done. Having it green rather than clear also helps identify it's not plastic. The product feels exactly like the ones I use for my kitchen compost bin. Once I used the Ziploc compostable bag I realized that it is a bit thicker and feels more durable. The bag was easy to open and reseal. Another bonus when being used by kids! Love that it will not be going to the landfill!

I love the idea of compostable Ziploc sandwich bags! I use it often but was concerned about the environmental impact. This addresses that issue and I feel like a better consumer using this product over other Ziploc bags. The bag is still sturdy and good for storing things and packing my lunch for tomorrow. These ziploc bags are very easy to use and handy. Best way to carry quick snacks with spillage or leakage. It's 100% leakproof. Very efficient for picnics and to carry on the go meals. It's a great initiative by making the product eco-friendly (compostable).
