The compostable material feels more delicate than their usual plastic material, but it seems to hold up well when items are placed inside. The size is similar to the regular sandwich bags, but it's a nice to swap to an alternative that's better for the environment.

I was surprised by the feel and durability of the bag because things that are compostable are usually very thin and weak but this almost feels like the plastic version. I am used to the compost bag feeling like this so it's good to have my sandwiches in this type

I was really excited to try the compostable bags as I am trying to lessen my impact on the environment by making smart choices. The bags withstood being used and didn't tear, which I was pleasantly surprised with! The material is thin but strong and the seal on the bags is strong and sturdy!

Absolutely LOVE this product! Coming from parents who traditionally send portioned items (raw chicken, raw ground beef, etc.) home with us each week in traditional Ziploc bags, having to throw out such single-use plastic on a weekly basis leaves me feeling very guilty when throwing these bags away. These compostable bags are equally durable and the fact that they are compostable takes the regret and worry away when having to throw them out. I applaude Ziploc for coming up with this bag concept and helping to preserve the planet through their efforts! I WILL be repurchasing these bags!

Our family has always used Ziploc bags and still do so after so many years. I was so excited to see these compostable sandwich bags. We try our best to be eco-friendly and sustainable with all that we use. We have reduced our plastic consumption in our house significantly, supporting more brands that are charting the way forward for a global eco-friendly presence that is paving the future for our young ones. The Ziploc compostable bags are the same perfect durable quality that we have come to expect off over the years. The compostable material will definitely help reduce landfill and create valuable oil supplements when composted. For anyone who uses compostable products, you'll will understand just how big of a deal this is for Ziploc in creating a carbon neutral footprint and also winning back a lot of customers who may have stopped using plastic. This seems like a great product upon first use. I am grateful that companies like SC Johnson are moving towards more eco-friendly products. These bags seem like they could easily replace daily use Ziploc bags, I'm curious how they would hold up to longer term storage in the fridge or freezer (as I often use this sandwich-sized bag for that purpose). I do not live in an area with commercial composting facilities, which is disappointing, and this product made me want to call my city councilor and ask when that will happen in our city! Hopefully soon!

The Ziploc bags works great! It is just like the ordinary Ziploc bags you get but I'm happy to know this product is compostable. This product is a step in a greener direction as opposed to the plastic wastes we're producing! This makes for a great alternative when you're wanting to use a Ziploc for either a quicker purpose or for something messy while knowing it has a greener footprint!

I use a lot of ziploc baggies for anything from storing things to taking snacks and food on the go. However I worry about the environment and the impact all these plastic ziplocks have on the environment. So when I was given the opportunity to use these bags that are better for the environment I was stoked. These bags are the same size as my regular bags and hold the same amount. They are coloured differently, probably for the consumer to be able to tell the difference. They have a zip seal and seal up really well. They are sturdy and not flimsy or cheap feeling. They are just like the original ones but I feel better about these ones because I know they are better for the environment and more sustainable. I am very happy with these.

The product was a good price overall for 20 bags. The bags itself feel like great quality with a good quality ziploc zipper. It is a standard sandwich bag size. I appreciate the compostable packaging and think this is great for the environment. I would recommend anyone to buy this product and look forward to purchasing this item again.

The ziploc compostable sandwich bags are tough and durable. I thought it will be flimsy since it is a compostable product but it doesn't tear easily. Very good product. it seals tight and keeps items stored in it secure. It is quality for its price and safe for the environment.
