[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This screen quality is terrific with all types of media. Its much thinner than my previous. I am limited to above fireplace dimensions, the 65 is the largest. Some cons that i was surprised about: -No Google 'casting' , you have to have the 'Samsung' version of this, which is clunky at best. -Earlier would not work with FIOS tv volume and sound bar. Volume would consistently cut out. TV volume works very well. I upgraded sound bar and that is working better.

Buyer Beware misleading screen size. I got this as a Christmas gift and after watching it a few minutes I realized it was not 55" but only 50" measured diagonally. I was on Samsung chat twice and was finally disconnected when I asked why they put a 50" tv in a 55" marked box. So if you want a 55" Samsung better open it at the store before leaving because it will try to get rid on non-sellers in a dishonest way.

I'm so impressed with it and the Samsung TV Plus was such a bonus I didn't know was part it. Moving on, we've been thinking of getting a brand new tv just because we weren't happy with the picture quality. So having the Crystal UHD TV was a life changer. All of us was so impressed with the picture quality, the way it adjusts to the wireless internet when it's slow, just smooths itself out properly (i hope that make sense). The remote has a bit of a learning curve from what was the norm, but it's actually convinient and easy to understand once you get the hang of it. Starting the TV was easy and fast so exploring it was really informative. It was a bit overwhelming because it has a lot to offer. Makes you realize how much smart TVs has come. We plugged in the Nintendo Switch and it's just so seemless and easy to use. Plus, the added gaming setting was surprising! We're just so used to plug and play, that having the setting was cool. What more can I say, really happy having a new TV, really happy with everything with it. I really have no complaints.

Purchased this TV because my previous one quit on me. Was in between pay periods and right after Christmas money was tight, so needed it cheap. Saw this TV and the price was right for a decent sized unit. Really wasnt expecting much because it was so cheap but honestly one of the best purchases I've ever made. Nice looking Tv with an amazingly easy set up. I definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung 50" Crystal tv. Just wanted a smaller tv for a bedroom. Was blown away by the excellent picture quality and price. I've always bought Samsung Tv's due to their long life cycle and quality. Again, they did not disappoint. The only negative I found was it was hard to learn the remote and hard to find the instructions in the tv settings. But, have finally figured it out and am very happy with my purchase.

We don’t even watch this television as it is much to complicated to even use. A real pain. We made a huge mistake with this purchase. Would give no stars if that was an option

I love streaming movies I love watching movies and this is my second Samsung TV. I have a 85 inch and now this is the 55 inch and it’s in my bedroom so if I don’t feel like getting up when I get a vacation day, I’m in the room, relaxing Feet up and the screen is big so I can see what I’m watching. I love the big screen and I’m very happy with my TV and I shall take a picture of it so you can see it in my bedroom specially when we had the epidemic. I bought the 85 inch because I couldn’t go to the show and I was a big show Goer so now I watched all those movies on my big 85 inch in the front row and then this is the 55 inch in my bedroom that I just purchased very happy 60 year old with glaucoma.

She said he has had a Samsung for 12 years and it still works great. So we got a new 65” Samsung. We had it a month or two and love it. Great picture and sounds. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase one the next time you need a TV.

I just got Starz again to finish Outlander series, and I can actually see the actors and actresses faces. Amazing new vision!!! The tv is 65” and I’m happy with our selection.
