I bought this after extensive research and I am glad I purchased it. It cooks great! It holds a consistent temperature and food comes out perfect. You can buy the same one at elsewhere for twice as much, or get this one. It's a no brained.

I bought this just a few weeks ago and have used it several times. Easy assembly. My only complaint is that the temperature varies quite a bit. Still, I'm very happy with this smoker.

Works well. Actual temperature runs about 30 degrees higher than target which is a bit annoying. It would be fine it there was a 200 degree setting but it jumps from 180 to 225 on the dial. Everything else is great.

Got this a month ago and been experimenting alot and this smoker has been amazing... real happy with the purchase... my wife doesn't like the taste of smoke, but has loved everything that its produced
