temperature control

temp setting doesn't correlate with actual temp. for example smoke setting goes to 250 degrees.

The smoke setting depends on what the ambient temperature is outside because it runs off a cycle time and not off a set temperature. If you want a cooler temperature you can use the "P" setting button on P3 or P4 and it will run a little cooler. You can also use the 180 or 225 settings if you are trying to smoke at these temperatures. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
