French fries, pot roasts, chicken, the most is never ending. It is large enough for our needs. It comes with everything needed to switch between pressure cooking and air frying. I love it!!

It truly is one pot cooking. Start with sautéing and then pop the pressure cooker lid on and your meal is done. I love it, keeps me from turning on my oven and heating up my home in the summer. Saves time and energy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja has been a game changer in the small kitchen appliances market for some time and this could be another to add to their pantheon of game changers. The Ninja 10 in 1 8 quart xl pressure cooker (os400 series) may be a bit cumbersome for some folks, but this device can haul out some huge meals for a large family in no time. The 8 quart capacity is more than enough for huge pots of chili, soups, a roast the size of a human head, and more as the space provided is just amazing. The appliance also comes with plenty of accessories like a pressure cooker lid, reversible metal rack, a very easy to clean removable cooking pot, a cook & crisp basket with diffuser (all detachable), and a roasting insert (called a cook and crisp layered insert) perfect for propping up a (very large) chicken. There is also a full manual, cheat sheet, and recipe guide to help you along the way. Just a bit of info on the cooking lids; the crisping lid is not detachable, so when you use the pressure lid, the crisping lid just kind of hangs there. It can be a bit cumbersome but I got used to it rather quickly. The unit looks clean and well-built, with a digital interface and clear buttons on the front. Also the accessories are high quality with no cheap materials used. The parts to the cooking lid are also removable for easy cleaning (the silicone ring, the anti-clog cap, and the condensation collector on the outside). Our kitchen has replaced an Instant Pot and an air fryer to make room for this machine and it may also replace the microwave, slow cooker, rice maker, and stove/oven as well with how it performs. I believe it performs better than our previous appliances due to the build quality and clear instructions on the how-to guide. Air frying has been our go-to method, as this appliance blows away any deep-fryer on the market. Wings, fries, dumplings, and even fried fish are amazing without the extra mess and oil associated with traditional deep frying. All in all, Ninja has made another amazing product that may replace up to 5 appliances in your kitchen.

We started with 5 chicken breasts as our first item, we used chicken broth instead of plain water in the bottom. 3 of the 5 came out perfect, 2 still needed more time. But, that was our error in timing, and, the way we placed them in the ninja. We just added more time and started it up for another 5 minutes. Chicken breasts can get dry if not careful, but these turned out nice and juicy. We tried the air fryer with fries which works great. I made chicken flautas, and we used the airfryer to crisp them up the next day. Will never have soggy leftover sandwiches, fries, etc.. ;) One of my issues is the double covers. The airfryer cover remains attached to the ninja, so when using it as an instapot, you have to leave the cover open. In addition, with the additional cover for the ninja, there should be a fitted storage sleeve for the instapot cover. This will make it easier to store, but more importantly safe from getting damaged in the cabinet. The cord should be another thing that could be improved by having it slide back into the pot. Otherwise, you have lose cords in the cabinets from multiple items. I like having the handles on the side, easier to pick up and move, considering it is pretty heavy. I love the additional accessories that came with it. Going to be considering purchasing the loaf pan and the rotisserie rack.

The functions on this are great,anything from steak to boiled eggs. I never knew cooking could be so fun. I will definately reccmend to all my family and friends. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy that I Ninja Foodi XL pressure Cooker came into my life!! It Air Fry besides tendercrisper which is awesome ! I’m sure we all have an air fryer but do we have a pressure cooker that actually locks and juices and finishes with a crisp which is called tendercrisper, this amazing machine does this and I have to say it is so awesome on steaks and even on a roaster chicken you get that hard crispy skin tasting at the end like you do from the oven which is so amazing and it cooks in no time only an hour to two hours compared to a crockpot That you have to cook all day. Now I cooked a roast beef which was 4 pounds in three hours Now I cooked a roast beef which was 4 pounds in In two hours and then potatoes and carrot And just less than 15 minutes using the pressure cooker if I would’ve had to use my crockpot it would’ve cooked for eight hours on low all day and it came out so much better juicy, pulling apart, full of flavor. There is so much that you can use the ninja foodie pressure cooker for I mean desserts making a giant cookie or even a cake, better yet how about a peach cobbler. Not to mention those barbecue ribs are those chicken wings that could be made or how about those frozen french fries you name it it could be made in this thing. Now it is not dishwasher safe so you won’t have hand wash. The best part it comes with a little cookbook with about 45 recipes and charts for things that you can make and helps you determine how long to cook your food for and I didn’t even noticed until that I could even dehydrate things in it which I’m very impressed with so I’ll be trying out my own beef jerky. I highly recommend This ninja foodie XL pressure cooker who likes homemade foods but doesn’t like the long wait or even those that are working parents that want things still home cooked but wont air fryer goodness.

We cooked steak that had been in the freezer for 3 months and it turned out fantastic! And the wings we made in the air fryer...to die for! The time to cook is so much faster than the oven. To top it all off, it's so easy to clean up!

I have cooked whole chicken, crispy pork etc. I have an autistic picky eater son whose only snack is beef jerky. I made beef jerky with this bad boy, and it was a complete hit especially with my son. It is so fast in cooking food. I love the fact it has a timer to let me know it is ready. It steams, bakes, broils etc. it comes with two easy to clean racks and an easy to clean removable inside pan. It also comes with a recipe book. My mom used both the recipe book and the pressure cooker, cause I could not stop talking about this Ninja so she had to come try for herself. She made some stuff peppers which turned out amazing. She loved it so much herself that she went out to get her own. It is the perfect size, not too bulky or too small. It is perfect to gift to someone. I would definitely recommend this. It is also safe as it won’t open until it is done cooking or the timer is complete. It is also very lightweight.Get this, you won’t regret a thing.

Best fries ever! We've done pork chops, steaks, baked potatoes, really everything in this and it tastes sooooo much better than frying on stove or cooking in oven! We are truly like no way! If you don't have 1 of these please consider this one! It came with a quick guide that is awesome for newbies like us! I can't say enough about this product!
