[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flonase Sensimist 24 hour nasal allergy relief works well for me. It’s non-drowsy and it’s a light mist. I like it better than the regular Flonase; it’s gentle on my nose.

This mist is so fine and the spray is so gentle it's hard to know that you got the right dose Other sprays are harsh and the spray is so strong that you have no doubts about the dose I guess symptom relieve will have to be the decieding factor

Not sure this is as good as the original, mostly because it’s hard to tell if the pump is working. Can’t feel as much medicine but my allergies do get better after using this a few days so it must work.
