this stuff is awesome. I have some issues with other allergy mist cause it comes out in a big puff which then makes me gag. it was pretty affordable as well

I would recommend Flonase Sensimsit because it works well for keeping my nose basically congestion free. It is easy to get in your nostrils and does not make a bad taste linger. I use it daily and would recommend others to try it.
