It’s such a fine mist that it’s actually difficult to know you actually got the spray, so you need to be diligent about inhaling deeply enough to bring the spray through the sinuses.

I gave up on nasal sprays until Sensimist came along. The spray provides great coverage and eliminates "the runoff" experienced with other products. Minimal amount of fragrance...perfect!

I have been using Flonase for years as I have severe allergies and asthma. I would recommend this product for anyone with allergies. Flonase does not work for everyone so I would discuss this option with your Doctor.

Suffer from seasonal allergies very bad and I really hate nasal sprays but thought I'd give this mist one a try. While it IS a finer mist than the older sprays it still felt runny for me. I do recommend this product however as it delivers results.

My nasal and sinus swelling, drip, sore throats and sneezing have improved. I think the sensimist is less drying. It doesn't drip down my throat and I don't taste anything.
