[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flonase is a must-have in my household during allergy season. The sensi-mist appears to just be a finer droplet sized mist than the original Flonase which is more pleasant for use. It works!

this nasals spray certainly doesn’t work on its own for me. i always use a once daily allergy pill along with this, it helps when you use both together but never both separately.

It’s such a fine mist that it’s actually difficult to know you actually got the spray, so you need to be diligent about inhaling deeply enough to bring the spray through the sinuses.
