I have had a few as a quick lunch when running around. They've also been great to keep me going in the afternoon until I can have dinner. Will definitely purchase again.

I found it to taste great and size wise It's a perfect snack or pick me up. Ots alsi a perfect breakfast paired with your morning latte, piece of fruit or small yogurt.

They gave me the energy I needed to recharge after my workout and also are a good quick grab and go breakfast choice that I can eat while I'm driving or as a quick snack mid day. Of course these don't taste as great as the cereal bars, but they’re way better than most protein bars. Helps to keep me semi-full until lunch or supper time. I highly recommend these if you like strawberries, you will not be disappointed.
