Maybe these are healthy, but they taste like straight dirt. From the ground. I couldn't give these away.

A lot of protein with minimum sugar makes this bar a good choice for a snack or energy intake. I was a little skeptical about the mint flavor but it surprised me a I really enjoyed.

I've been told I am a smart miuth before, but this time, it's a good thing as IQ Bars say they're for Smart Mouths! they are right. These are for me! IQ Bars are super tasty! Only 170 cals per bar, they're guilt free! They're also USA made!

These are a very filling snack in between meals. While they are filling, their taste isn't what I had hoped for. They aren't horrible, but I probably won't be recommending them to anyone either.

Simple easy to read ingredients of the bars comes in flavors or chocolate and chocolate mint which is 12 in a box. Has a chocolate chips flavor in each bar and includes protein so can eat as a meal replacement or even a snack.

These bars have a protein bar taste. That means they do not taste like a candy bar. There is a slight hint of Girl Scout mint chocolate cookie flavor. Overall I think they taste ok.
